A friend suggested Eliris and so grateful that they did, my perception about olive oil changed instantly and I will never go back.
Eliris is something different and quite simply delicious - aromatic, full of flavour and packed with a zesty peppery freshness that adds a great depth to any dish or just on its own.

Love it on its own as a small shot for good health, on salads, pasta, etc. It flavours our dishes like no other!
We ordered direct from the producers of Eliris, Iris and Sam, and we found them very professional.
If we could we would rate it more stars! If you haven't tried the multi-awarded Eliris, you haven't tried olive oil! Give it a go! We are sure you will find it truly extraordinary like we did.

Not only does this beautiful aromatic deep flavoured oil compliment just about anything you use it on, but the the owner Iris, pays an incredible amount of attention to detail from presentation, taste, depth of body and flavour. Available in selected stores in the UK, Singapore and other places I have travelled to. Highly recommended!
