β β β β β This hotel was the best decision we could make for visiting crete. Luxurious ambience, very clean, family-friendly and at the same time pleasantly quiet. The food was very good and the dervice excellent and very friendly. The Beach is stony but itβs ok. Thank you for everything! We'll see you again.

β β β β β Everything is up to perfection! High-class materials used for renovation, you can clearly see that architects and interior and exterior designers have put in some serious work. Everything else, from the checkin experience, top-class restaurant-quality food, the location, the beach, every little detail has been cared for, but most importantly - THE PEOPLE - they are the ones making your holiday one to remember! You can see that they are genuine in wanting to make your stay a memorable one, everybody is smiling, they are all commited to make your memories happy about their place. I want to thank everyone for all their efforts, and even though we never went to the same hotel more than once, I believe that will make an exception with Eliros Mare Hotel!

β β β β β Freshly renovated, friendly staff, good food (but sometimes just lukewarm).
First room we got was way too small but an hour later we got a bigger room that was just perfect for us.
Bus station just in front of the hotel, as well as supermarkets and car rentals.

β β β β β We visited Eliros Mare on our honeymoon in August. We had a great time enjoying our private pool under the hot sun! Our room was very cozy, quiet and very clean! We definitely recommend it and we hope to visit you again soon!
PS: Friendly staff and lovely food!

β β β β β This was a lovely hotel. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists were very attentive. Also, as we were on our honeymoon, we were offered a room upgrade. We were given a room with our own private pool, which was lovely.
We were on the all inclusive option, and the food available was lovely. There were alot of options on display and the quality was not bad at all. All meals were buffet style, which usually slightly compromises on quality, but in this case the compromise was minimal.
The servers/waiters/waitresses at the restaurants however kept speaking German to us, even though we don't speak a word of the language. It was amusing on the first day, but it happened every time we were served so it wasn't always easy to communicate our needs to them.

β β β β β The Hotel is freshly renovated with a bohemian style which was great. It is rather small which is very nice. I stayed in a Poolroom and absolutely loved it!
The Staff was amazing no matter where. The Animation Team was loved by everyone and was doing a great job with sports and activities as well as a kids club all kids seemed to really enjoy.
The food was really good, fresh and as a vegetarian enough to choose from to not get bored. Vegan would have been very few things to choose from though. I missed some actual vegetarian/vegan created meals, milk alternatives and most important - labels on the food. Sometimes even meat was not mentioned on the tag - a classification for veggi/vegan food would have been really good! The cocktails had a very high quality and the all inclusive included almost everything besides some more fancy drinks.
The beach is really nice with plenty free beach chairs and umbrellas. The whole area is very clean!
Loved it and surely will come back!
