★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very, very friendly staff. They helped us with everything, even provided a kettle. Everyone tries to make the best out of the Corona situation and they succeed amazingly well.. Negative: Mattresses are a bit old and uncomfortable. If you don't pay attention and let the doors open you'll have lots of mosquitos..

Big thanks for hard work to all staff (especially for Debbie and Adrian:). Great location with nice private sandy beach and clean rooms were always kept in good shape by cleaning personnel. Food is fresh and tasty but should be little be more choices from rich sea food Greek menu. Management should be more flexible with engaging more additional reustarant staff to help serve food regarding COVID-19 Protocol, because on some stage, hotel guest queue waiting for food service,it is getting too long (especially when on the same time hotel owner with his family has priority food service. That is unacceptable). Straight away after early checkout, reception staff member cut off our all inclusive wristbands! That was never ever happened in my holidays experience with 4 star hotels. Hopefully that big money saving is worth general hotel reputation;). Few improvements will make that hotel good for recommendations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Very close to the hotel's sandy beach. Not too big and crowded. Next to Kourna lake. Between lovely Retimno and charming Chania.. Negative: All-inclusive: Very average food with lack of greek cuisine and diversity. Very poor choice of included drinks which were made of non-original alcohols and extremely sweet beverages. Rooms looked like 2- or hardly 3-stars standard - NOT 4-stars. Beach towels could be exenched only every 3rd day..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay, private hotel beach with bar, one pool site with bar, great all inclusive drinks, great hotel service, diverse and tasty food served in hotel restaurant, even octopus/squid what surprised me. Clean and nice, spacious room with balcony (i had direct view at sea). For price I paid i dont regret any penny spend there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Excellent location, very close to the beach. Hotel staff extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast though mediocre choice for that level of stars. Rooms are clean and very comfy, all the necessary facilities maintained. Really enjoyed my one week summer escape.. Negative: With Covid 19 situation was quite weird to always ask a waiter to serve on the plate, so no self service buffet..
