Ίσως λίγο πίσω σε θέματα μάρκετινγκ και διαφήμισης γεγονός που δεν το τοποθετεί στα "εμπορικά" ζαχαροπλαστεία της Χαριλάου, αλλά η δουλειά του στα γλυκά είναι καλή και παραδοσιακή και η ποιότητα τελικά ξεπερνά τα υπόλοιπα. Καταπληκτικά προφιτερόλ και μιλφέιγ φρεσκότατα!
