Good place to stay for one night with camper. Dog friendly. Perfect restaurant and staff.

This restaurant is at a fairly remote location, on the road to the Kerkini lake nature resort. The restaurant itself is quite large with plenty of outdoor seating and a large garden ideal for kids, as well as a small swamp/lake that is quite fitting given the surrounding environment. We were greeted and served almost fully from start to finish by the two adorable daughters of what I can only assume was the owner, and they were actually quite good at it. Very polite and helpful, as well as timely and aware. If you come here you need to try some, if not all, of the buffalo meat dishes offered, as they are the specially of Kerkini. I strongly recommend the burger/patty, but the fillet is also a good choice to get a more clear taste of this kind of meat. The quality of the main dishes was very good, although I thought the accompanying sides and presentation did not do them justice. I would strongly suggest trying something different, more appealing, and also more tasteful and fitting to the meat being served. I believe even a bit more effort in the presentation of the dishes could go a long way. Overall this was a great location to try the local specialty, with fair prices, good food, and excellent (and in our case adorable) service.

(owner responds ignoring quality and service issues - 1 star). A bit confused service. Dishes are more expensive than you see here at least 1 euro. Buffalo steak was gum like consistency and I would not recommend. They charge for water and bread.

Has a lot of potential but service was slow. The family was helping but it clearly needed some more experienced staff. Has animals and a playground for the kids and a pond with local fish but our order took forever to arrive and other guests felt the same.. It was last Saturday

We had only buffalo meat and dessert made from buffalo milk (kazandibi). The buffalo burger and buffalo steak were juicy and very tasty.. Place with a lot of space for children to play and park your car. Also the restaurant is very close to the lake, so a walk after you meal, is a must! PS1. 3 meat plates (500gr steak), one tomato salad, one saganaki, one tirokafteri and 1/2 litre of house red wine 42,5€!

The service was very quick. The food quality is really good. Dishes made from buffalo milk are delicious, they are not the same as feta cheese, little bit lighter taste. It was a good choice coming here, would come again.

Very nice restaurant, with a beautiful interior and exterior space. Comfy food with reasonable prices and very polite staff that keeps up strictly with COVID-19 measures

We visited this place on a really busy Sunday, everyone looked exhausted yet the stuff did their best to serve us. We tried the local meats from water buffaloes which were tasty. I wouldn't suggest the 500gr steak as it was rather hard to chew. All other food options were nice. The place itself is amazing, there is plenty of space for the kids to run around and the pond with frogs and the beaver is keeping them busy!
