M	Margriet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig schoon appartement (airco, wenteltrap naar beneden waar moderne badkamer met toilet, boven apart toilet) met magnifiek uitzicht, erg vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk zwembad met zitzakken en ligbedden, mooi onderhouden tuinen en begroeiing. Elke dag schoonmaak en regelmatig schoon textiel. Goede matrassen. Veel trappen op het complex waardoor voor kleine kinderen/ minder validen minder geschikt, maar wij vonden dat het complex juist extra allure geven. Voor het complex loopt een doorgaande weg richring Elounda, maar wij vonden het geluid niet hinderlijk. 's Avonds neemt het verkeer flink af. Eigenaresse was erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Kortom: wij hebben hier enorm genoten! Beautiful clean apartment (air conditioning, spiral staircase downstairs where modern bathroom with toilet, separate toilet upstairs) with magnificent view, very friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool with bean bags and sun beds, beautifully maintained gardens and vegetation. Cleaning every day and regularly clean textiles. Good mattresses. Lots of stairs on the complex, making it less suitable for small children / disabled people, but we found that the complex does give extra allure. A main road leads to Elounda in front of the complex, but we did not find the noise disturbing. In the evening the traffic decreases considerably. Owner was very friendly and accessible. In short: we enjoyed it immensely!

Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute. Attention tout de même, on peut voir la mer sur les photos mais il faut prendre le bus ou la voiture pour y accéder . Beautiful place, the apartment is clean with daily floor service (cleaning, change of sheets and towels ...). Very nice staff and attentive. Be careful though, you can see the sea in the photos but you have to take the bus or the car to get there.

G	G BB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out this company ! Booked with them via Booking.com and they immediately charged my card for a higher amount that the original booking price. I canceled the room within 24 hours, and after >7 days they did not refund me, despite writing them, they pretended this was either not correct nor had clarity on the situation so they asked me to prove them the charge was real! I forwarded them banking proof got an excuse message but still no money after several days (refund is immediate on any credit card once the order is given). Still waiting for the refund days after, so far I had to inform booking.com so they'll eventually delist them for good. I would avoid this venue, they are either unprofessional with your banking details or at very worst real scammers. Ps : now i received a very rude and aggressive message from the manager and owner. Easy to find her name on TripAdvisor, she behave like that with anyone who report a bad experience with them, apparently quite a few. Says a lot !
S	Svea Schüler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been here 5 years ago when it was new and were kind of disappointed when we arrived this year. Hairs in the shower and even though they provide masks and disinfectant the assistant tried to shake our hands and had to be told to wear a mask. We got another apartment (clean this time) but saw that the other one we’ve just been in (so not „Safe“anymore!!!) was given to the next guests. Corona wise a catastrophe. On the contrary, the view is obviously beautiful and for 80 Euros a night it’s OK.
A	Aaron Minchew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is PERFECT! When we got to Elounda; we had reservations to stay at the Elounda Island Villas, and the stay was not what we expected. We paid for our last three nights, and left. The owner here at Vista got all four of my party right into a place; and the stay was perfect. Beautiful views every morning. Beautiful pools to enjoy. And the drive to town is simple!
