★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't disconnect our electricity on the agreed upon day. Did not notify us they had not. Tried to blame a government department, who when I finally got through to them on the phone said Elpedison had cancelled it one week ago. We now have a large bill for a month we did not live in the apartment. One staff member kind, other could not care less. Told me it happens all the time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with and I have worked for and own my own business, rude staff ,fake charges and I paid my bills on time and because they obviously have no communication as a company decided to cut my electricity !with out warning from the company! I am now counting the damage done to my products!thank you elpedison you will soon be talking to my lawyer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good and convenient service. Staffed by polite people. Very useful for paying Elpedison Bill's easily. Note: cash is not acceptable. Also this office functions till 2100 for certain days of the week.
