★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έπειτα από μια αποτυχημένη απόπειρα παράδοσης, τηλεφώνησα για να οριστεί νέα ημερομηνία παράδοσης του δέματος μου κατ’οικον. Μου είπαν να τηλεφωνήσω την επόμενη ημέρα, μονο για να μου πουν να τηλεφωνήσω την μεθεπόμενη ημέρα μηπως και το αναλάβει καποιος να το παραδώσει. Οι υπάλληλοι δεν είχαν καμία διάθεση να εξυπηρετήσουν και αναγκάστηκα να πάω αυτοπροσώπως από το κατάστημα όπου και παρέλαβα το δέμα μου. Κρίμα γιατί πίστευα ότι τα ΕΛΤΑ courier θα ήταν ταχύτερα και με καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση. Κρίμα γιατί θα μπορούσαν να είναι πολύ καλύτεροι σε όλα τα επίπεδα.
 After a failed delivery attempt, I called to set a new delivery date for my parcel at home. I was told to call the next day, only to be told to call the next day lest someone take over to deliver it. The employees were not in the mood to serve and I had to go in person from the store where I received my parcel. Too bad because I believed that ELTA couriers would be faster and with better service. Too bad because they could be so much better at all levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις 500μ από το σπίτι μου, αλλά ποτέ δεν έχει έρθει δέμα στην ώρα του. Είναι δυστυχώς σύστημα στο Ηράκλειο ... υποτίθεται περνάει ο διανομέας αλλά επειδή δεν βρίσκει κανένα στο σπίτι αφήνει ειδοποίηση, παίρνεις τηλέφωνο να ρωτήσεις και σου λένε ότι αν το βιάζεσαι θα είναι στο γραφείο μετά τις 18:00 και όταν το απόγευμα πήρα τηλέφωνο συμπληρώθηκε η κοροϊδία
Το αστείο είναι οτι ήμουν στο σπίτι και ούτε διανομέα είδα, ούτε ειδοποίηση, βέβαια, βρήκα.
Η πραγματικότητα είναι ότι απλά δεν περνάει κανένας διανομέας, κάνοντας οικονομία στο προσωπικό.
Το δεύτερο αστέρι είναι επειδή ήρθε από Αθήνα την επομένη της παράδοσης.

1. They came by your place but did not find you (which might be true or not)
2. You call to arrange for another day and they say they cannot arrange a specific date, let alone time. They will just try again sometime in the next few days. Because, as we all know, everyone stays all day, everyday at home.
3."maybe you should come by and pick the package yourself"
They are not a delivery service, but they are paid as such.
