M	Mαρια Καλλέργη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντι να γράφετε ψευδως στο σύστημα οτι ο παραλήπτης ζήτησε παράδοση σε αλλη χρονική στιγμή για να μην εκτιθεστε στις εταιρείες που συνεργάζεστε, να φέρνετε κανα δέμα στα σπίτια του κόσμου και να μην λέτε στα τηλέφωνα με υφος χιλίων καρδιναλιων "εδώ ειναι ελάτε να το πάρετε" και να κλείνετε και το τηλέφωνο στα μούτρα. Δεματα σας βάλανε να πηγαινοφερνετε, αμα δε μπορείτε κλείστε το. C	Costas Skias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ρε παιδιά, να προσπαθώ κάθε μέρα να σας λέω σχεδόν ικετευτικά "Μην το φέρετε το ευλογημένο το δέμα, θα περάσω εγώ από εσάς να το παραλάβω!" η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο να μου λέει "εντάξει, θα ενημερώσω τον οδηγό" και τελικά να περνά και να ξαναπερνά ο κούριερ σας, για να μου το παραδώσει με το στανιό, αναστατώνοντας εμένα κι όλα τη γειτονιά, ε αυτό δεν μπορώ να το κατανοήσω! Δε λέω, φιλότιμος κι ευγενικός ο κούριερ, άρτιο το δέμα, εξού και τα τρία αστέρια στην κριτική μου, η δε τηλεφωνήτρια μπορεί να πνιγόταν και να λησμόνησε να ενημερώσει τον οδηγό αλλά αυτή είναι η δουλειά σας ρε παιδιά!... Έχω εργαστεί σε κούριερ πολλάκις, εργάζομαι και τώρα σε θέσεις ευθύνης όπως άλλωστε και κάθε εργαζόμενος! Ο λόγος που τα γράφω εδώ, είναι γιατί σε ενδεχόμενο τηλεφώνημα παραπόνων μου ή δεν θα έβρισκα το δίκιο μου ή θα αναγκαζόμουν να μιλήσω με τον ίδιο τον υπεύθυνο με άσχημα αποτελέσματα για τον/τους υπαλλήλους!... Μ	ΜΑΡΙΝΑ ΚΑΒΟΥΣΑΚΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αφού έφτασε το δέμα στο κέντρο διαλογής Ηρακλείου είπαν να το πάνε βόλτα στον Άγιο Νικόλαο αντί να το φέρουν σπίτι μου. Τους ζήτησα να βρουν τρόπο να το φέρουν την ίδια ημέρα πίσω (3η όπως όριζε ο προμηθευτής) για να το παραδώσω έγκαιρα κι εγώ. Μετά από αρνήσεις να διορθώσουν το λάθος τους και πολλά τηλέφωνα, με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα το επέστρεφαν κατ' ευθείαν στο κατάστημα για να το παραλάβω. Τελικά το έστειλαν στο κέντρο διαλογής και δεν φρόντισαν να το φορτώσουν για το κατάστημα παραλαβής ενώ τους ενημέρωσα ότι την επόμενη ημέρα θα μου ήταν άχρηστο. Φυσικά ακύρωσα την παραγγελία. Μην μου απαντήσετε τυπικά όπως σε όλους, τάχα πως νοιάζεστε, γιατί θα με κάνετε να προχωρήσω σε επίσημη καταγγελία. Εφόσον με προκαλείτε θα αναφέρω την πλήρη αδιαφορία των υπαλλήλων σας (για να μην πω τπτ χειρότερο) πλην του διανομέα. Δεν με απασχολεί το "μαγαζάκι" σας στην Αντιστάσεως αλλά η συνολική ανικανότητα της ΕΛΤΑ courier. After the parcel arrived at the sorting center of Heraklion, they told them to take it for a walk to Agios Nikolaos instead of bringing it to my house. I asked them to find a way to bring it back the same day (3rd as specified by the supplier) so that I could deliver it on time. After refusing to correct their mistake and many phone calls, they informed me that they would return it directly to the store to pick it up. Eventually they sent it to the sorting center and did not make sure to load it for the collection store while I informed them that the next day it would be useless to me. Of course I canceled the order. Do not answer me formally like everyone else, as soon as you care, because you will make me make a formal complaint. If you challenge me I will mention the complete indifference of your employees (not to say worse) other than the distributor. I do not care about your "shop" in Antistaseos but the total incompetence of the ELTA courier.
