★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER EVER EVER use them. It’s taken them 3 weeks to deliver a parcel from Athens to Xios and on the way they decided to raise the cost of delivery. From €22 to €52. I’ve been calling non-stop to resolve the matter and I have not been able to get them on the phone. I email and still no response. It would have cost me less to hand deliver it myself!!!!
They are the WORST EVER!!!!
POST NOTE:
I have sent ELTA Courier numerous emails since 08/01/21 and 4 weeks on I have not yet received any communication from them. Seriously WORST WORST WORST courier company that exists!!!! Save your money, time and piece of mind and go somewhere else!!! With the amount of time I’ve spent calling and chasing them I’ve probably spent more than the additional money they wanted me to pay!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery company ever. They dont inform to deliver the package and they never answer the phone especially this one 5224452! They didnt give me any drivers number to be able to find my package!! Stop using this company for the sake of the clients please

Waiting a month, calling and calling again,and the only solution was to go myself and pick it up the package because they couldn’t arrange to sent it to my address no matter how many e-mails or phone calls I made. They are seriously do not want to help you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier service I ever encountered. From Peiraeus to Agia Paraskevi, a distance of about 20km, they are not able to deliver the package within 10 days. You should be ashamed for your service, in ybe photo attached you can see the "progress" of my delivery. It took this useless courier service a week to send the pack to Agia Paraskevi and after another 5 days the package is sitting there waiting to be delivered. IT WAS A FUKIN XMAS PRESENT YOU ANIMALS. Shame on on your team you braindead employees

I am in home all day, waiting for this package but they supposedly tried to deliver it. Their chat or email does not work. Phone impossible to reach.. I wont work with the companies that works with Elta from now on!
