Ποιος είναι υπεύθυνος για αυτό το χάλι;;;;Που να αποτανθούμε; Επιπλέον οι υπάλληλοι δεν σου απαντούν σε καμία ερώτηση... Ντροπή.. Shame ... They don't even ring your bell ... No star .. You go to the post office and the queue reaches the opposite sidewalk ... Who is responsible for this mess ??? Where should we go? In addition, the employees do not answer any questions ... Shame ..
S	Silia Lella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν μπορούσα να σας βάλω μείον θα το έκανα αλλά απ'όσο βλέπω δεν ιδρώνει ούτε το δικό σας αυτί αλλά ούτε κ τον υπαλλήλων σας (αν φυσικά μπαίνουν στον κόπο να διαβάσουν τις κριτικές).. Είστε αντί επαγγελματίες σε όλο σας το μεγαλείο...περιμένω εδώ κ 1 μήνα ένα δέμα από εξωτερικό..καταφθάνει στην υπηρεσία σας κ έρχεστε σήμερα συστημένο για τον σύζυγό κ ενώ έχω όλα τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα για να παραλάβω ο κούριερ χωρίς καν να ασχοληθεί ενημερώνει με απίστευτη απάθεια ότι θα αφήσει ειδοποίηση ενώ βρίσκομαι εντός του χώρου ενημερώνοντας τον πως μπορώ να παραλάβω κ εγώ με τα απαραίτητα χαρτιά (πράγμα που το αναγράφετε κι όλας στο χαρτί της ειδοποίησης από πίσω) καλώ από της 12μμ στα τηλ επικοινωνίας κ είστε ανύπαρκτοι για να μην πω τίποτε άλλο!!! Φυσικά κ δεν ξέρω αν θα κατορθώσουμε να παραλάβουμε το δέμα μας κ δεν θα μπω σε περεταίρω εξηγήσεις των συνθηκών μας... Είστε επιεικώς για λύπηση !!!! If I could put you down I would do it but from what I see neither your ear nor your employees sweat (unless of course they bother to read the reviews) .. You are instead professionals in all your glory ... I am waiting here for 1 month a parcel from abroad .. arrives at your service and you come today registered for your husband and while I have all the necessary documents to receive the courier without even bothering to inform with incredible apathy that he will leave a notice while I am inside the place informing him that I can also receive it with the necessary papers (which you also mention on the notice paper from behind) I call from 12pm on the contact phones and you are non-existent to do not say anything else !!! Όταν πήγα, από λάθος δικό μου, ενώ ήθελα να στείλω ένα δέμα για Αγγλία, είχα ξεχάσει να φτιάξω την ειδική ετικέτα που είναι υποχρεωτική για τον προορισμό αυτό. Ξεκίνησα να την φτιάξω στο κινητό και θα μου το τύπωναν οι ίδιοι. Όμως αποφάσισαν να το κάνουν αυτοί, για να προλάβω να φύγει το δέμα με τη σημερινή αποστολή (η ώρα ήταν 2μμ). Ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί. Ίσως είμαι εξαίρεση, αλλά όλα αυτά συνέβησαν και δεν τα έβγαλα από το κεφάλι μου. You may find it strange that I leave five stars when the rest are 1-2 . When I went, by mistake of mine, while I wanted to send a parcel to England, I had forgotten to make the special label that is mandatory for this destination. I started making it on my mobile and they would print it for me themselves. But they decided to do it, so that I could get the parcel to leave with today's shipment (the time was 2pm). They were very kind and helpful. I may be an exception, but it all happened and I did not get it out of my head.
