★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two possible scenarios: either all people working there are deaf and cannot hear the 100 times i have called them or they are the worst employees of the year. In both cases this is a good of example that shows Greece's downfall.
In a nutshell, they have one of the worst costumer service i have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched for my shipment via tracking and I saw an update that "ADDRESSEE REQUESTED LATER DELIVERY". Of course, nobody contacted me and I didn't request for later delivery. Please do your job with professionalism and stop lying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been trying for a week to contact them through phone and emails but there is no response. My package has arrived to the courier more than a week ago, status is set on "Arrived at Makrigianni 2" but no delivery date mentioned and no changes have been made since then. It seems that there is no way to contact them so I will have to go there and see what's happening. Frustrating and disappointing experience, hope at least that I will somehow get my package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shouldn't call themselves a company of courrier, even the traditional post office handles the packages quicker than them, also they have a problem with what we call a phone, they haven't been trained to answer to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. They lie about delivering and they do it for several days until they manage to deliver very late after many days. Avoid them if possible at all costs. Never answer on calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After countless attempts of calling them in order to find a new date for my package to arrive, they finaly answered! But my joy was short-lived because the rudeness of the girl that answered the phone was worse than not answering the phone at all. I understand that her job must be tiring but if you choose to be in customer service act professional and with good manners. I get that she wants to end the phone call as fast as she can so she can assist other people as well but being rude and huffing through the phone is unacceptable. That's all.
