 Unacceptable. The phone is virtual and never answers. 5 days I try every hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι δυνατόν να μην χτυπάτε καν κουδούνι για την παράδοση και στην συνέχεια να μην σηκώνετε τα τηλέφωνα; Για ποιό λόγο ανοίξατε αυτή την επιχείρηση αν δεν είστε διατεθειμένοι να κάνετε έστω τα βασικά;; Αίσχος!!!
Is it possible not to even ring the delivery bell and then not pick up the phones? Why did you start this business if you are not willing to do even the basics ?? Shame!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο εν ώρα εργασίας! Πρέπει να πήρα τουλάχιστον 10 φορές χωρίς να το σηκώσει κάποιος σε διάστημα 4 ημερών.
They do not pick up the phone during working hours! I must have taken it at least 10 times without anyone picking it up in 4 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικοί, δεν χτυπάνε καν κουδούνι και μετά "δεν υπάρχει κανείς να σας εξυπηρετήσει" όταν παίρνεις τηλ. Δεύτερη φορά που μου συμβαίνει ενώ ήμουν σπίτι και πρέπει να τρέχω εγώ να το πάρω.
Tragic, they do not even ring the bell and then "there is no one to serve you" when you call. The second time it happens to me while I was home and I have to run to get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ απλά απαράδεκτοι. τους τηλεφωνώ εδω και 2 ημέρες απο το πρωί μέχρι το απόγευμα και δεν απαντάνε ποτε στο τηλέφωνο ... παρακαλώ κλείστε το κατάστημα αυτό δεν υπάρχει λόγος να ταλαιπωρείται άλλος κόσμος με αυτούς τους αντιεπαγγελματίες
simply unacceptable. I have been calling them for 2 days from morning until afternoon and they never answer the phone ... please close this store there is no reason for other people to suffer with these unprofessional people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ είσαστε ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Στο τηλέφωνο δεν απαντάνε ποτέ! και φαίνεται ότι κάνουν απόρριψη 2 ημέρες προσπαθώ να τους καλέσω σε όλη την διάρκεια της ημέρας!! ΑΙΣΧΟΣ!! το ένα αστέρι μπήκε γιατί αλλιώς δεν μπορεί να γίνει ανάρτηση!
you are UNACCEPTABLE! They never answer the phone! and they seem to reject 2 days I try to call them throughout the day !! SHAME!! one star came in because otherwise it can not be posted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm looking for 2 parcels, sent in November, it's mid-January. service knows nothing. they cannot and do not want to help. Can't figure out where the packages are now. on Saturday the woman working there said that I should come on Monday after 6 pm and the parcels will be at the collection point. I went on Tuesday morning, there is a man at the checkpoint and says my packages are at the airport. I'm furious because nobody knows anything. and 2 parcels from France arrived in Athens on December 6 and nobody knows anything about them until January 12. it's a nightmare.the service provided a phone number and I have to call myself and look for my package or wait. they don't care. how long I have to wait?
