★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Διακοσμητικό έχουν τοτηλέφωνο μεν .. εξυπηρετική αν πας εκεί δε..
Αλλά και στο πόρτα πόρτα συνεπείς!
Παρόλα αυτά 3 αστέρια γιατί να επικοινωνείς μέσω τηλεφώνου είναι σημαντικό .. και η δεν απαντάνε ποτέ ή είναι μόνιμα κατεβασμένο.
They have a decorative phone .. helpful if you go there ..
But also door to door consistent!
However 3 stars why to communicate by phone is important .. and either never answer or is permanently downloaded.

Βλήματα όχι αστία. 1,5 εβδομάδα να παραλάβω ένα δέμα από Βέροια Νάουσα.
Απαγορεύεται λέει να πατήσουν το κουδούνι.
Μόνο να πάρουν τηλέφωνο και έπαιρναν με απόρριψη.
Τελικά έστειλα πίσω την αποστολή.
Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Κλείνουν νωρίτερα από όλες τις υπόλοιπες κούριερ με διαφορά ωρών (2μ.μ.ΕΛΤΑ - 5μ.μ. οι υπόλοιπες). Δεν σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο. Στη σπάνια περίπτωση που σηκώσουν το τηλέφωνο η απάντηση σε ερώτηση για παραλαβή πακέτου είναι "δεν ξέρω. Μπείτε στο site και ψάξτε το." Έχουν τη νοοτροπία δημοσίου ενώ υποτίθεται ότι είναι ιδιώτες.
Αποφύγετέ τους. Προτιμήστε κάποια άλλη κούριερ της πόλης, θα εξυπηρετηθήτε καλύτερα.
Unacceptable. They close earlier than all the other couriers with a difference of hours (2 pm ELTA - 5 pm the rest). They do not pick up the phone. In the rare case of picking up the phone, the answer to a question about receiving a package is "I do not know. Go to the site and look for it." They have the mentality of a public while they are supposed to be individuals.
Avoid them. Prefer another courier in the city, you will be better served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα ήρθε την επόμενη μέρα από Αθήνα. Το μόνο πρόβλημα είναι πως δεν γράφει πουθενά το ωράριο, με αποτέλεσμα να πάω 08:00 (όπως λέει το website της Elta Courier) και να ανοίγουν 09:00. Καλό είναι να βάλετε το ωράριο στο Google My Business.
The parcel came the next day from Athens. The only problem is that it does not write the schedule anywhere, so I go at 08:00 (as the Elta Courier website says) and they open at 09:00. It is a good idea to put the schedule in Google My Business.
