Αφήνουν τηλέφωνο που υποτίθεται λειτουργεί μέχρι στις 6 μμ. και όταν παίρνεις τηλέφωνο για να συνενοηθείς δεν το απαντάν. Μεσημέρι δε, να πω οτι μπήκε κόσμος τέτοια ώρα στη Νάουσα... Οχι βέβαια... Unacceptable! They send a message to Viber that the parcel delivery attempt was not possible. They leave a phone supposedly working until 6 pm and when you call to talk they don't answer it. At noon, to say that people came to Naoussa at such a time ... No, of course ...

Το δέμα είχε εμφανέστατη ετικέτα ΕΎΘΡΑΥΣΤΟΝ, ήταν τυλιγμένο με ΔΙΠΛΟ bubble και έφτασε χιλιοκοματιασμένο!!! ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ ΣΕ ΟΛΑ ΤΟΥΣ. It's the worst company I've ever worked with. The package had a very obvious label INSTALLED, it was wrapped in a DOUBLE bubble and arrived in thousands of eyes !!! UNACCEPTABLE TO ALL OF THEM.

Kind and friendly employee and fast service .. in the middle of quarantine and Christmas, my parcel arrived within 2 days !!! Excellent company always ...
Ε	Ελευθερία Δάιου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατος ο υπάλληλος, σου απαντάνε σαν να πήγες στο σπίτι τους το μεσημέρι και να τους ξύπνησες (αυτός και τα παιδία τους), μάλλον ξεχνάνε ότι βρίσκονται στον χώρο εργασίας τους. Δεν φτάνει η έλλειψη ευγένειας και το ξινό ύφος, ο υπάλληλος βαριόταν ακόμη και στο να απαντήσει μια λέξη «ναι», έπρεπε να καταλάβεις από το σώμα του τι θέλει να πει. Δεν θα ήθελα να ξανά χρησιμοποιήσω την συγκεκριμένη εταιρία. Εφόσον ήταν κλειστό όπως απαντήσατε, μπορούσατε να ερημώσετε ότι έχετε κλείσει και ότι δεν μπορείτε εκείνη την στιγμή να εξυπηρετήσετε. Σεβαστό κάθε ωράριο, ωστόσο σε ένα κατάστημα με φως, πόρτα ξεκλείδωτη και υπάλληλο μέσα ,ο πελάτης δεν θα μαντέψει ότι ήδη είναι κλειστό. Εταιρεία που συναλλάσσεται με κόσμο θα πρέπει να δουλεύει με σωστούς επαγγελματίες, ευγενής και με όρεξη να δουλέψουν. Man is not worth even half a star. Bad businessman, many complaints. A company that trades with people should work with the right professionals, noble and eager to work.
