They are lying when they say that the package try to be delivered but nobody was at home. They just didn't come. Also they say to call a number to find the package, but never respond ! Terrible, terrible compagny

The products never come to your house and you always have to go there and get them. The women in the phone center are rude too. Please fire them they don't deserve any money
T	Theodore Kopoukis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courier left a notice at my door with no name or tracking number, and when I arrived to claim a parcel, I was informed that the parcel wasn't for me, and that I should give the notice to someone else in the same building that the courier couldn't locate. So basically, I had to take the time and do the job that their employees couldn't bother doing.

They either don't pick up the phone or disconnect it so that it seems it's busy. 3. You basically have to go over there and pick up your stuff without any form of previous communication. 4. The shop itself looks like a warehouse... eveything is everywhere. They need to search around to even find people's things in that mess. They should just shut the place down. Google should have zero stars for rating businesses like that
N	Nuran Gökbaş on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 2 day for my order to be delivered but every time it was in transit during the day after evening it was written that the courier returned it to the hub. I called them many times nobody picked up. The third day I went to there and my package was there as well but when I tracked it, it was in transit again so basically they lied. I had to pick it up from the hub even though I paid for the delivery. Awful experience, no professionalism. Do not work with them, do not trust them. Don't waste your money.
M	Mm Mm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courier didn't even arrive at my address, monitoring checked , so I have to drive to Elta office , calling before if they are open. On the other side shouting woman , ,,I'm not a courier I don't now nothing,, the courier has my cell nr but didn't call. Waste of time and money.
