Not professional at all. Completely unacceptable the way they treat people over the phone, rude and condescending. Thought that maybe for the fact I did not speak Greek but apparently I am not the only one complaining, how is it possible for a company like this to have such a bad service and a lack of professionalism? Avoid this person

Worst courrier company i have ever worked with. Everytime the courrier claims he came and didn't find name on doorbell ... He never comes i spend my time outside and he doesn't deliver then writes either no name or phone not working etc... Call service even worse they hang up on you and are very rude .

They try to attend to you as soon as possible with your package intact

This courier service is kind of expensive. Charges 11.5 to send a 2 kilo package on cities outside Athens .....

My experience was very poor. I called the store and I was connected with an employee who was rude from the beginning of the call. Regardless I did not mind thinking we all are a little bit on edge as there is a heat wave, there is Covid - 19 and of course we are still in an economical crisis. So I went on stating my issue trying to be as polite as I could be. The employee rudely interrupted me again stating that she could not understand what I was saying. I asked politely to speak to another employee who would be a little more patient and polite. The response was that there was no one else and that she was the only available. I politely asked for her name and she just hung up. I called again and another employee answered the phone. I stated to her what just happened and she said that it was a call center and there was no way of her knowing who was the person to whom I was speaking to before. She offered to put me through to a supervisor. In turn I informed the supervisor of my issue with the employee. He informed me that there are 5 employees in the call center and he did not know who spoke to me in such a manner. To cut the story short. He promised to speak to their employees in telling them to be more polite to customers and resolved my issue regarding my package. I know that every one is on edge but please do no irritate people further. Especially the ones who speak to you in a polite manner. Thank you.

Really poor experience. When the deliveryman was on my door, I was called to receive the package I was expecting. An automatic message said "I'm connecting you to the deliveryman" and then immediately hung up. This happened two days, back to back. Now, no matter that fact that I paid the service and did nothing wrong, I am expected to go by the store to get my package. Customer service, which I called right after the event (both days), did not account for their error and instead said I should pass by their store. The third time I explained what was happening through email and that the error was theirs,. They became unresponsive. Total waste of time and money.

One of the worst courier company. Please do not use it so they cannot make tons of money by doing worst business like other companies this country has

Raiatea, a beautiful tropical island in Polynesian Archipelago. Nice people, nature, but please respect the virginity of this place.
