Είχε και έναν αλαζονικό τόνο στον τρόπο που μου μιλούσε λες και της έκανα κάτι, ενώ απλά της έκανα μια απλή ερώτηση. Στην τελική έχω δουλέψει και εγώ σε ίδια δουλειά και ξέρω πώς είναι. Πάντα θα είχα αγενή ατομα ή καθόλου συνεργάσιμα να εξυπηρετήσω, ομως εγώ πάντα ήμουν ευγενική. Δεν θα μιλούσα ποτέ με υφακι σε κάποιον που ήταν ευγενικός και χαμογελαστος, όπως ήμουν εγώ σήμερα. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά. Not at all helpful and with a huge reef in charge! She also had an arrogant tone in the way she was talking to me as if I was doing something to her, while simply asking her a simple question. In the end I've worked in the same job and I know how it is. I would always have rude people or no cooperatives to serve, but I was always polite. Στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε Π-Ο-Τ-Ε και να φανταστείτε ότι ο αποστολέας είναι από τους μεγάλους πιστωτικούς πελάτες της εταιρείας με χιλιάδες αποστολές. Δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τί θα γίνεται με τους πιο "απλούς" πελάτες. Prepaid parcel, stuck from 1/12 in the sorting center and has not yet been received by the recipient. Phones do not answer PO-T-E and imagine that the sender is one of the major credit customers of the company with thousands of shipments. R	Reveca Kolliopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όσες φορές με έχουν εξυπηρετήσει είχα πολύ άσχημη εμπειρία. Τη μια φορά δεν έβρισκαν το πακέτο μου, ενώ με είχαν πάρει τηλέφωνο να πάω να το πάρω. Την τελευταία φορά με πήραν τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν ότι ήρθε το δέμα μου και ότι θα μου το φέρουν....χωρίς να μου στείλουν αριθμό αποστολής. Για να τους εξυπηρετήσω επειδή ήμουν έξω τους είπα πως θα περνούσα να το πάρω και μου είπαν οκ,ρώτησα και τη διεύθυνση γιατί να σημειωθεί ότι αλλάζουν διεύθυνση συνεχώς, μην κάνω λάθος και πάω αλλού. Αφού το διευκρίνισα, πηγα στη διεύθυνση που μου είπαν και δεν ήξεραν τίποτα ούτε για το δέμα μου, ούτε για το τηλέφωνο που με είχαν πάρει.... Αφού δεν βρισκα άκρη ξαναπηρα το τηλέφωνο που με ειδοποίησε και τελικά κατάλαβα πως ήταν από την αποθήκη τους και απλά δεν είχαν προλάβει να πάνε το πακέτο στο παράρτημα, αλλά στο τηλέφωνο ήξεραν να λένε να πάμε να το πάρουμε το πακέτο κανονικά... Εννοείται ότι αφού δεν βγαζα άκρη έφυγα και τους είπα να μου το φέρουν σπίτι μόλις το βρουν....... Ταλαιπωρία χωρίς λόγο!!! Απλά λυπάμαι... Every time they have served me I had a very bad experience.
