★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη η κοπελα που δουλευει εκει εριστική και αναγωγη πολλες φορες λεω οτι θα παραλάβω το δεμα απο το μαγαζι γιατι δεν εχουν μηχανημα να χτυπησω κάρτα και μου την ειπε και γιατι επιλεγω παραδωση στο σπιτι…επεισης απαραδεκτο να μην εχεις ΡΟς…και δεν ειναι η πρωτη φορα που πηγα να παραλαβω δέμα και ειχε κλείσει πιο νωρις…
 The girl who works there is unacceptable and often I say that I will pick up the package from the store because they do not have a machine to hit a card and she told me and because I choose home delivery… also it is unacceptable not to have ROS… and it is not the first the time I went to pick up a parcel and it had been booked earlier…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ αγενείς στο τηλέφωνο,δεν ενδιαφέρονται καν για το τι έχεις να τους πεις κ φυσικά...σου λένε κ ψέματα για να σε ξεφορτωθούν .τα ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ της Ξάνθης είναι ο λόγος που σταμάτησα να παραγγέλνω από συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα της περιοχής (κανένα πρόβλημα με το κατάστημα )απλα κ μόνο επειδή συνεργάζονται μαζί τους . απαράδεκτοι
Very rude on the phone, they are not even interested in what you have to tell them and of course ... they lie to you to get rid of you. The ELTA couriers of Xanthi is the reason I stopped ordering from a specific store in the area (no problem with the store) simply because they work with them. unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη αντιμετώπιση σε πελάτη που έχω συναντήσει μέχρι τώρα με διαφορά. Η υπάλληλος δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική, ήταν απότομη,σαν να μην ήθελε να εξυπηρετήσει και με θυμό.
The worst customer treatment I have ever encountered with a difference. The clerk was not helpful at all, she was abrupt, as if she did not want to serve with anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οκ τι να πρωτογράψω.Άλλωστε για να έχει το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα τόσες αρνητικές κριτικές δε μπορεί να κάνουν όλοι λάθος. Βάζω απλώς 1 αστέρι για να πέσει ακόμη περισσότερο ο μέσος όρος και ειλικρινά βαριέμαι να γράψω τα τόσα αρνητικά που έχω συναντήσει. Απλά ντροπή σε κάποιους που θέλουν να λέγονται επαγγελματίες. Περιμένω και την ειρωνική απάντηση όπως κάνουν σε όλα τα ποστ.
Επειδή ήρθε και η ειρωνική απάντηση όπως ήταν βέβαιο μεσα σε λιγα λεπτα...απο όλα αυτά δηλαδή αν το μόνο που σας νοιάζει είναι η ονομασία ...λυπάμαι πολύ
Ok what to write first. Besides, in order for this particular store to have so many negative reviews, not everyone can be wrong. I just put 1 star to drop the average even more and I'm honestly bored to write the many negatives I have encountered. Just a shame to some who want to be called professionals. I am also waiting for the ironic answer as they do in all posts.
Because the ironic answer came as it was certain in a few minutes ... of all this, that is, if all you care about is the name ... I'm very sorry
