C	Christos Pateras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στέλνεις υπηρεσιακό έγγραφο πολύ σημαντικό και επείγον, το πηγαίνουν σε ώρα που δε λειτουργεί η υπηρεσία, αφήνουν ειδοποίηση και ζητάνε από τον διευθυντή της υπηρεσίας να πάει να το παραλάβει περιμένοντας δύο ώρες στην ουρά εν μέσω πανδημίας. Μετά από μία εβδομάδα και ενώ κανένας δεν μπορεί να το παραλάβει, το ΕΛΤΑ Άργους δεν μπαίνει καν στον κόπο να το ξαναπάει ή να πάρει ένα τηλέφωνο στον παραλήπτη και να βρουν τρόπο ασφαλούς παραλαβής. Το έγγραφο πλέον είναι εκπροθεσμο με ευθύνη των ΕΛΤΑ Άργους You send a very important and urgent service document, they take it at a time when the service is not working, they leave a notice and ask the director of the service to go and pick it up, waiting in line for two hours in the middle of a pandemic. After a week and while no one can pick it up, ELTA Argous does not even bother to go again or pick up a phone at the recipient and find a way to secure delivery. Κ βέβαια δεν απαντούν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο.. I have been waiting for a package here for ten days and not only have they not brought it to me but they have not bothered to notify me to go and get it. Prepaid is meant. Of course they never answer the phone ..
s	simios21 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω ένα αστέρι γιατί δεν γίνεται να το αφήσω χωρίς κανένα. Έστειλα 3 δέματα παρέδωσαν τα 2 και το τρίτο το έκανα επιστροφή!!! Έπρεπε λέει να τους το ζητήσει ο παραλήπτης!!! Υ/Γ: Το κάθε δέμα έιχε δικό του αριθμό δέματος. I put a star because I can not leave it without anyone. I sent 3 parcels, they delivered the 2 and I returned the third one !!! He says the recipient should have asked for it !!! PS: Each parcel had its own parcel number.
