★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δέμα από εξωτερικό αγνοείται εδώ και μήνες ! Σε βάζουν να στείλεις ένα εμαιλ όπου υποτίθεται θα απαντήσουν άμεσα , ένας μήνας έχει περάσει ακόμα απάντηση δεν έχω λάβει . Όσον αφορά την αναζητηση του δέματος πρέπει ο αποστολέας από το εξωτερικό να πάει να κάνει μια αίτηση στο εξωτερικό και έπειτα για να ξεκινήσει η αναζητηση θα χρειαστούν μέχρι και 4 εβδομάδες . Τρέχα γύρευε δηλαδή . Όταν ανέφερα το θέμα αποζημίωσης μου είπαν ότι θα αποζημιωθεί ο αποστολέας εάν και εφόσον ….. και θα πρέπει εγώ να βγάλω άκρη μαζί του . Φυσικα υπάρχει και η δικαιολογία της κυβερνοεπίθεσης και ότι χάθηκαν τα αρχεία τους .
Με λίγα λόγια ΜΑΚΡΙΑ !!!!! Ότι χειρότερο σε εταιρεία μεταφορών !!!!
Τώρα , όσο για το «καταστημα» του Ναυπλίου …
1) Αγένεια και ειρωνία
Μου έδωσαν ένα δέμα ( που ευτυχώς δεν χάθηκε? ) και ενώ είχε απλά όγκο και όχι βάρος μου είπαν χαρακτηριστικά ότι δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να μου το βγάλουν από την αποθήκη τους . Λες και έχω εγώ τη δικαιοδοσία να μπω μέσα να το πάρω μόνη μου.
2) Βαριούνται Και δεν θέλουν να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους
3) Στην καλυτερη των περιπτώσεων θα είναι 10-12 άτομα στην ουρά δηλαδή 30-40 λεπτά αναμονή , να στο φέρουν στη διεύθυνση σου ; ΠΟΤΕ!!!
 Parcel from abroad has been ignored for months! They make you send an email where they will supposedly respond immediately, a month has passed yet I have not received a response. Regarding the search of the parcel, the sender from abroad must go to make an application abroad and then it will take up to 4 weeks for the search to start. In other words, he was looking around. When I mentioned the issue of compensation I was told that the sender would be compensated if and when… .. and I would have to deal with him. Of course there is the excuse of the cyber attack and that their files were lost.
In a few words AWAY !!!!! The worst in a transport company !!!!
Now, as for the "store" of Nafplio…
1) Rudeness and irony
They gave me a package (which fortunately was not lost ?) and while it was just volume and not weight, they typically told me that they were not obliged to take it out of their warehouse. It is as if I have the jurisdiction to go in and take it myself.
2) They are bored and do not want to do their job
3) In the best cases will be 10-12 people in line, ie 30-40 minutes waiting, to bring it to your address? NEVER!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen anything similar. Slowly unprofessional people inside, who doesn’t care how to make their work just one step more modern. Huge line of people outside. All the procedures like we 150 years back. And there is only one office for the town. Please change stuff inside!

One staff member wouldn't accept me paying a bill by debit card and consequently, I had to pay by cash and he was so obnoxious!
Shouldn't be employed, if they don't like their jobs!
