Έκανε 6 ημέρες από Λετονία για Αθήνα και είναι 6 μέρες στα Γιάννενα, από Μ.Δ. σε Κ.Κ. και ακόμη το περιμένω... Ήμαρτον! What should I write first? That they do not pick up the phone ... I'm waiting for a small package from Latvia. It took 6 days from Latvia to Athens and it is 6 days in Ioannina, from M.D. in K.K. and I'm still waiting for it ... Imarton!
Έ	Έφη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δε στέλνουν ούτε ειδοποιητήριο και όταν μετά από μέρες πας να ζητήσεις το πακέτο απορούν!!!! Πως ξέρεις ότι είναι εκεί. Δε γνωρίζουν το tracking code. Τις περισσότερες μέρες δεν μπορούν να στείλουν συστημένα τις άλλες μέρες δεν μπορούν να σου δώσουν την παραγγελία και το πιο απαράδεκτο το ότι δεν δέχονται pos πάντα.... Επίσης δε σηκώνουν το τηλεφωνο ποτέ και όσο ήμουν μέσα κάλεσα από περιέργεια για να δω αν χτυπάει και ενώ ήμουν το μοναδικό άτομο και μέσα 3 υπάλληλοι οι 2 εκ των οποίων γελούσαν δυνατά το τηλέφωνο χτυπούσε και δεν του έδωσαν καμία σημασία. Επίσης για μια απλή εξουσιοδότηση που μπορείς να την έχεις στο κινητό σου από το gov.gr και απλά να σκανάρουν το qr code για την εγκυρότητα τη ζητάνε εκτυπωμένη και 100ε αλλά έντυπα. 2022 εμπρός πίσω! They do not even send a notice and when after days you go to ask for the package they are surprised !!!! How do you know it's there. They do not know the tracking code. Most days they can not send by mail the other days they can not give you the order and the most unacceptable is that they do not always accept pos .... Also they never pick up the phone and while I was inside I called out of curiosity to see if it rings and while I was the only person inside and 3 employees, 2 of whom were laughing out loud, the phone rang and they did not pay any attention to it. Also for a simple authorization that you can have on your mobile phone from gov.gr and just scan the qr code for validity, they ask for it printed and 100e but printed. 2022 front back!
