★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου στέλνουν μήνυμα ότι το πακέτο μου ειναι προς παράδοση με λάθος αριθμό επικοινωνίας και τελικά βρίσκω ειδοποιητηριο για να πάω την επόμενη εργάσιμη. Αυτό συνέβη 2 φορές την τελευταία εβδομάδα (την πρώτη μόνο για 1 φακελο).
 They send me a message that my package is to be delivered with the wrong contact number and I finally find a notification to go to the next business day. This happened 2 times in the last week (the first for only 1 envelope).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα καλά: Εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί στην reception.
Υπήρχε μια αγενέστατη ξανθιά υπάλληλος παλιά και για αυτό τα προηγούμενα σχόλια περί αγένειας.
Τα κακά: Δεν σου παραδίδουνε πότε μα πότε δέματα από εξωτερικό.
Απλά σου αφήνουνε ένα χάρτι ότι τάχα μου δεν σε βρήκανε σπίτι και σου ζητάνε να πας να τα παραλάβεις εσύ! Ενώ έχεις πληρώσει κανονικά για παράδοση προς το σπίτι.
Δεν μιλάμε για 10 ευρω μεταφορικά αλλά για 40-75 ευρώ.
Μόνιμα αυτή η ιστορία. Τεμπέληδες οι διανομείς.
Να την χέσω την ευγένεια στην reception άμα δεν ενδιαφέρονται να μου στείλουνε τα δέματα σπίτι μου ενώ έχω χρυσοπληρώσει τα μεταφορικά. Τα σχόλια περί "δούλων" είναι τουλάχιστον ανεδαφικά.
The good: Helpful and polite at the reception.
There was a very rude old clerk and for that the previous comments about rudeness.
The bad: They never deliver parcels from abroad.
They just leave you a piece of paper that as soon as they did not find you a house and ask you to go and pick it up yourself! While you have normally paid for home delivery.
We are not talking about 10 euros shipping but about 40-75 euros.
Permanently this story. The distributors are lazy.
To throw the courtesy at the reception if they are not interested in sending the parcels to my house while I have paid the shipping in gold. Comments about "slaves" are at least unfounded.

This particular store is the most helpful in the whole city.

No one has ever picked up the phone as many times as I have picked up. Completely useless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δέμα εξωτερικού άφιξη στο κατάστημα σας 23/2, με καμία ειδοποίηση στην διεύθυνση, κανένα τηλέφωνο για παραλαβή, ήρθα στο κατάστημα σας 18/4 με τον αριθμό αποστολής μη μπορώντας να το εντοπίσετε ενώ σε διεθνή συστήματα φαινόταν οτι βρισκόταν στο κατάστημα σας και μπορεί ακόμη να λειτουργεί το ΕΛΤΑ. Δεν θα παμε μπροστά έτσι σαν χώρα. Δυστυχώς.
Foreign parcel arrival at your store 23/2, with no notice at the address, no phone for collection, I came to your store 18/4 with the shipping number not being able to locate it while in international systems it seemed that it was in your store and may still to operate ELTA. We will not move forward like this as a country. Unfortunately.

I want to know if you have seen a store in Greece that closes on Friday and reopens on Monday! Just unacceptable! I suggest you give them up as you do not have it
