Για άγνωστους λόγους, το 99% των δεμάτων παραλαμβάνεται μόνο από εκεί. Τούς ρωτάς και λένε "Τα συστημένα είναι από εδώ". "Μα, συστημένο σε μένα είναι, όχι σε σας" "Έτσι είναι το σύστημα" Η πραγματικότητα είναι ότι είναι όλα ρουλέτα αναλόγως τον ταχυδρόμο. Εμείς για μια πολύ μικρή περίοδο είχαμε ένα παλικάρι που σχεδόν όλα τα έφερνε στο σπίτι, εκτός από τα μεγάλα δέματα, που το δέχομαι γιατί κυκλοφορούν με μηχανάκια. Ο τωρινός μας προφανώς βαριέται να έρχεται τακτικά στο Παλαιό Ηράκλειο και αυτό φαίνεται γιατί όλη η αλληλογραφία έρχεται μαζεμένη. Και επειδή τα φέρνει όλα μαζεμένα, προφανώς δεν έχει χώρο και για τα δέματα. Θα λυνόταν άμα έκανε τη δουλειά και έκανε τα δρομολόγια καθημερινά, αλλά πού τέτοια τύχη... K	Konstantinos Sarafis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την Παρασκευή, 23/04/2021 κατεβαίνοντας το απόγευμα στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας οπου διαμένω (Ηρακλειδών 24 - Ηράκλειο Αττικής), βρήκα ειδοποιητήριο απο ΕΛΤΑ για άφιξη δέματος. Επειδή, όλη την ημέρα ήμουν στο σπίτι, ΔΙΑΒΕΒΑΙΩΝΩ, οτι το κουδούνι ΔΕΝ κτυπησε. Και ερωτώ τους υπευθύνους: Ο συγκεκριμένος ταχυδρόμος βρήκε τρόπο να περάσει την είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και να αφήσει το ειδοποιητήριο γιατι ΔΕΝ ΕΙΧΕ ΔΙΑΘΕΣΗ ΝΑ ΤΟ ΦΕΡΕΙ Ο ΙΔΙΟΣ (έχει επαναληφθεί η ίδια διαδικασία στο παρελθόν και σε τηλεφώνημά μου μου προσκόμισε ο ίδιος ο προϊστάμενος το πακέτο, όταν σχόλασε), όταν ο αποστολέας ΠΛΗΡΩΝΕΙ για προσκόμιση του αντικειμένου στο σπίτι; Παρακαλώ να "ΑΠΟΔΟΘΟΥΝ ΤΑ αναλογούντα ΕΥΣΗΜΑ" απο την αντίστοιχη υπηρεσία, στον συγκεκριμένο υπάλληλο, γιατι αυτή η συμπεριφορά αμαυρώνει τα ΕΛΤΑ και "ΣΠΡΏΧΝΕΙ" τους πολίτες - ΔΙΚΑΙΩΣ - στον ιδιωτικό φορέα. Εκτός απο την παραπάνω παρατήρησή μου, οφείλω να εκφράσω τον ΘΑΥΜΑΣΜΟ μου προς τον προϊστάμενο που προανέφερα, ο οποίος πλην της παραπάνω εξυπηρέτησης (που δεν είχε και καμία υποχρέωση), στον χώρο του ταχυδρομείου είναι "πανταχού παρων"!!! Απο δέματα, συστημένα, επιστολές και όπου - μπορεί να συνεισφέρει ωστε να εξυπηρετηθούν (κατά το δυνατόν) συντομότερα και περισσότεροι πολίτες. Βέβαια, επίσης εξυπηρετικοί είναι οι υπάλληλοι στα ταμεία, όμως η ταλαιπωρία μας είναι δεδομένη παρόλες τις ΥΠΕΡΑΝΘΡΩΠΕΣ προσπάθειες των προαναφερθέντων συντελεστών. Με τις παραπάνω διαπιστώσεις μου - που αποτελούν προσωπική μου άποψη (αλλά και πολλών Ηρακλειωτών με τους οποίους συζητώ όταν βρίσκομαι εκεί όπου ΚΑΘΕ ΜΕΡΑ και ΟΠΟΙΑΔΗΠΟΤΕ ΩΡΑ ξεπερνούν τους δέκα (10) οι "εν αναμονή"), θα ήθελα να ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΗΣΩ τα παραπάνω στελέχη της υπηρεσιας (εκ μέρους μου αλλα και πολλών Ηρακλειωτών), να επιστήσω την προσοχή για τους εξωτερικούς ταχυδρόμους, και - ΕΠΙΤΕΛΟΥΣ - αν, όπου βρίσκονται, υφίστανται ευήκοα ώτα να ενισχύσουν αυτή την υπηρεσία επανδρώνοντάς την με - τουλάχιστον - ένα ακόμα στελεχος. Σιγουρα ΔΕΝ θα επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα, όμως θα μετριαστεί αισθητά. Ευχαριστώ - Κωνσταντίνος Σαράφης. Please "RESPECT THE RESPONSIBLE GOOD" from the respective service, to the specific employee, because this behavior tarnishes the ELTA and "CONFUSES" the citizens - RIGHTLY - to the private body. Apart from my above remark, I have to express my ADMIRATION to the boss I mentioned above, who apart from the above service (who had no obligation), is "everywhere" in the post office !!! From parcels, registered letters, letters and where - can contribute to serve (as soon as possible) more citizens. Of course, the cashiers are also helpful, but our suffering is a given despite the HUMAN EFFORTS of the aforementioned rates. G	G F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ εαν κάποιος θέλει να μάθει γιατί πτώχευσε το ελληνικό δημόσιο, εας επισκεφθεί τα ΕΛΤΑ Νεου Ηρακλείου. Απο τα 5 γκισέ ,λειτουργουν το πολύ δυο. Ο χρονος αναμονής είναι τεράστιος. Στα μέσα γραφεια κάποιοι λουφαδόροι υπαλληλοι πινουν χαλαρά τον καφέ τους κουτσοπολευοντας .. Το πιο γελοίο είναι ότι εχει και τραπεζικη 'εξυπηρετηση' για το Ταχυδρομικό Ταμιευτήριο...Απορώ ποιός νοήμων ανθρωπος εμπιστευεται τα χρηματα του εκει... Expected time was 10' according to my ticket, but I ended up doing 25' or so, because there was only 1 woman working. OK, later a second one came. Not to mention she was addressing me in a typical way, when others (who seemed to be friends of the workers) were being addressed differently...just choose. Also she told me where to put the unregistered file. Like I don't know that the unregistered files are being put in the post box. I goodbyed them with a spit on the entrance door. The only good point was their nice souvenirs.
