★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη μια συγκεκριμένη κοκκινομάλλα υπάλληλος. Απρόθυμη να με εξυπηρετήσει και τις 2 φορές που πήγα. Χαμένος χρόνος και δουλειά δεν έγινε!
 A particular redhead employee is unacceptable. Unwilling to serve me both times I went. Wasted time and no work done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μακράν από τις χειρότερες εξυπηρετήσεις. Έκτος αυτόυ μου χάσανε και το δέμα μου η επιστροφή χρημάτων (αποζημιωση) έγινε μετά από 4 μήνες
Far from the worst services. Besides, they lost my parcel and the refund (compensation) was made after 4 months

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τα καλύτερα Ταχυδρομεία στην Αθήνα. Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικότατο προσωπικό. Μακάρι όλα τα ΕΛΤΑ να ήταν σαν αυτό το κατάστημα. Χίλια μπράβο!!!!!!
One of the best Post Offices in Athens. Flawless service, polite and very helpful staff. I wish all ELTA were like this store. Well done !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα εξυπηρετουμαι χρόνια τώρα και έχω να σημειώσω τα καλύτερα. Η προϊσταμένη είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική, όπως και εργατική παρόλο που θα μπορούσε να αποφύγει εργασίες λόγω θέσεως. Το ίδιο ισχύει και για το προσωπικό, με μια σοβαρή εξαίρεση. Συγκεκριμένα, οι δύο κυρίες είναι πρόθυμες προς κάθε εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενικές και χαμογελαστές, ακόμα και με δύσκολους πελάτες. Υπάρχει όμως η τρίτη κυρία, η οποία είναι αγενεστατη, απελπιστικά αργή και εκνευριστικη προκαλώντας εύκολα καβγά αφού δουλεύει με κρεμασμένα μούτρα ωσάν αγγαρεία. Κάποια μέρα την άκουσα να περηφανεύεται για το πανεπιστήμιο από το οποίο αποφοίτησε ( αρχαιολογικό- ιστορικό) και απόρησα πως μπορεί ένας μορφωμένος άνθρωπος να μας αντιμετωπίζει έτσι. Κρίμα! Συγχαρητήρια ωστόσο στο υπόλοιπο προσωπικό! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ
At this particular shop I have been serving for years now and I have the best. The boss is very helpful and polite, as well as worker, although she could avoid jobs due to location. The same applies to staff, with a serious exception. Specifically, the two ladies are eager for every service, kind and smiling, even with tough customers. But there is the third lady, which is ruddy, desperately slow and irritating, easily provoking a fight, working with hanging nuts as a chore. One day I heard her proud of the university she graduated from (archaeological-historical), and I noticed how an educated man can treat us like this. Pity! Congratulations, however, to the rest of the staff! Thank you

Worse, I try to contact them for a week and they do not pick up the phones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ρε παιδιά ένα τηλέφωνο σηκώσετε. 3 διαφορετικές μέρες έχω προσπαθήσει από 3-4 φορές και ΠΤΣ τους...
Και είναι κρίμα γιατί ήταν από τα καλά καταστήματα τόσα χρόνια. Ένα τηλέφωνο σηκώσετε ρε σεις.
