A	Atmos Atmos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι υπάλληλοι πάντα ευγενικοί, αλλά λένε σε 10 μέρες παραδίδονται χρήματα αντικαταβολής από ΕΛΤΑ κούριερ σε ΕΛΤΑ, και έχουν περάσει 13 και τα χρήματα δεν έχουν φτάσει χάθηκαν στον δρόμο,δεν νομίζω να φταει το κατάστημα αλλά είναι πρακτική από άνωθεν προφανώς να τα δίνουν οπότε γουστάρουν και αν δεν τα ζητήσεις να μην τα δώσουν ποτέ, The employees are always polite, but they say in 10 days cash on delivery is delivered from ELTA courier to ELTA, and 13 have passed and the money has not arrived was lost on the street, I do not think the store is enough but it is practical from above to obviously give it when they like and if you do not ask them to never give them,

D	Dimitris Panagoulias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενικοί και καλοσύνατοι οι υπάλληλοι, αλλά αναγκάστηκα να πάω 2 φορές (και τις δύο φορές για την ίδια επιστολή) διότι την πρώτη φορά είχε πέσει το κεντρικό υπολογιστικό σύστημα των ΕΛΤΑ και ήταν αδύνατον να στείλεις επιστολή. Ευτυχώς αν και τις 2 φορές δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο. Πότε θα διορθωθούν τα Ελληνικά ταχυδρομεία? The employees were polite and kind, but I had to go twice (both times for the same letter) because the first time the central computer system of ELTA had crashed and it was impossible to send a letter. Fortunately, although both times it was not very crowded. When will the Greek Post Office be corrected?
Γ	ΓΙΩΡΓΟΣ ΛΙΒΑΝΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο,τι χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση! Το Μαρκόπουλο, εν έτει 2022, δεν έχει ταχυδρομείο. Το πρώτο σόκ όταν μετακόμισα στην περιοχή πριν ένα χρόνο, είναι πως δεν γίνεται διανομή αλληλογραφίας! Μου έδωσαν μια θυρίδα αντ'αυτου και έκτοτε πρέπει να ελέγχω για ειδοποιήσεις. Έκτοτε παρατηρώ απίστευτες καθυστερήσεις στο να παραλάβω δέματα και αλληλογραφία που περιμένω.... Όταν δεησουν να βάλουν κάποια ειδοποίηση στην θυρίδα, αρχίζει η ταλαιπωρία της απίστευτης ουράς και της απροθυμίας των υπαλλήλων! The worst in service! Markopoulos, in the year 2022, has no post office. The first shock when I moved to the area a year ago, is that mail is not distributed! They gave me a mailbox instead and since then I have to check for notifications. Since then I notice unbelievable delays in receiving parcels and correspondence that I am waiting for .... When they want to put a notice in the mailbox, the suffering of the incredible queue and the reluctance of the employees begins!
E	Esteban Blot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι. Ζήτησα να μου στείλουν ένα σημαντικό έγγραφο στη δουλειά μου αντί για το σπίτι μου για να είμαι εκεί, και ούτε καν ανέβηκαν για να μου το δώσουν. Ντροπή Unacceptable. I asked them to send me an important document at my job instead of my home to be there, and they did not even go up to give it to me. Shame
7	78Akilles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να περιγράψουμε για το σύστημα των ελληνικών ταχυδρομείων. Από που να αρχίσεις και που να τελειώσεις. Αν δεν παρακολουθούσα την αποστολή ηλεκτρονικά ακόμα θα περίμενα. Βλέπω ότι έχουν αφήσει ειδοποιητήριο στην εφαρμογή tracking parcel στις 15:00 και είμαι σπίτι όλη μέρα!!! Ούτε που χτύπησαν το κουδούνι!! Αίσχος !!! Ελεεινός ταχυδρόμος και όλο το σύστημα !! Για πολλοστή φορά το ίδιο σενάριο!! Το κουδούνι το χτυπάμε ρεεεεε!!!! What to describe about the Greek postal system. Where to start and where to end. If I was not watching the shipment electronically I would still be waiting. I see that they have left a notification in the tracking parcel application at 15:00 and I am home all day !!! Not that they rang the bell !! Shame !!! Poor postman and the whole system !! For the umpteenth time the same scenario !! We ring the bell reeeee !!!!
D	Darina Ivanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not deliver the mail. I have been waiting for a parcel since november, went there to seek it and they told me to call the distribution center. The number they game me is always busy. I don't understand how they don't even want to help look for the parcel they are supposed to deliver. This is not called service by any means.
V	Victoria Ovchinnikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ELTA VARKIZA overchanging!!!!! I have 3 parcels 220gr, 340 gr and 800 gr and what they do, they put everything together on the scale and changing me each parcel for 12 euro.... = 36 euro in total, but THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG! Elta has Price list on their website and these 3 packages go for 3 different category by weight. So, i had to pay for 220 gr = 4 euro, for 340 gr = 7.5 euro and for 800 gr = 12 euro, while they changing me 12 euro for each!!!! BE AWARE !!!! They dont know their job! I do by myself weblabeling, put B category but they changing me as for A category.... never explain to a client all the options.... they decide by THEMSELVES how much client will pay....
