M	Melina Chyta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παραλαμβάνω σχεδόν καθημερινά δέματα με εταιρείες courier, η εξυπηρέτηση που λαμβάνω από την Courier Center είναι για μένα το σημείο αναφοράς!!!! Λαμβάνω πάντα ειδοποιήσεις SMS, άψογη επικοινωνία με το τηλεφωνικό τους κέντρο (όταν το χρειάστηκα) αλλά για εμένα το σημαντικότερο τους ευγενέστατους οδηγούς τους. Συνεχίστε έτσι I receive parcels almost daily with courier companies, the service I receive from Courier Center is my reference point !!!! I always receive SMS notifications, impeccable communication with their call center (when I needed it) but most important to me their polite drivers. Go on like this

Ενώ ο courier γνώριζε ότι έρχεται σε εταιρεία, που σημαίνει ότι μπορεί να μην σηκώσεις αμέσως το τηλ, και ενώ πήρα πίσω σε 2 λεπτά δεν απάντησε ποτέ. Σαν συνέχεια το κατάστημα ήταν αναιδέστατο (την πρώτη φορά που κάλεσα) και δεν έδωσε φυσικά ποτέ λύση. Unacceptable behavior and unprofessional treatment. m	maria athanasiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη και αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά των υπαλλήλων και των couriers. Συνεργαζομαι με ολες τις εταιρείες ταχυμεταφορας και αυτή την αντιμετώπιση δεν την έχω συναντήσει αλλού. Εδώ κι ένα χρόνο κάθε φορά που εχω δέμα για παραλαβή αναγκάζομαι να πάω εγω να το παραλαβω από το κοντινό υποκατάστημα γιατί ο courier περνάει και δεν βρίσκει ποτέ κανέναν απο ότι ενημερωνομαι από τους υπαλλήλους του καταστήματος γιατί ο ίδιος δεν σηκώνει ποτε το τηλέφωνο. Με αποκορύφωμα σήμερα που ενω περιμενα δέμα απο την Παρασκευή και κλασσικά δεν ήρθε ποτέ και με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα το παραλάβω σημερα. Ενημερωσα πρωί πρωί το υποκατάστημα να καλέσουν στο σταθερό,οπου περιμενε συγγενης μου για να παραλάβει το δεμα. Δεν εμφανίστηκε κάνεις και οταν καλεσα στο υποκατάστημα για να ρωτήσω την πορεία του δέματος με ενημέρωσαν ότι ο courier δεν βρήκε κανεναν στο τηλέφωνο!!!!! Εννοείται πως δεν καλεσε ποτε και δεν πέρασε ποτε.. και ότι το δέμα θα παραδοθεί αύριο. Μολις κλείσαμε το τηλέφωνο έκαναν αναπάντητη από το υποκατάστημα στο τηλέφωνο που ειχα δώσει προφανώς για να φανεί η κληση. Επικοινωνησα με τα κεντρικά της εταιρείας εκφραζοντας τα παράπονα μου, με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα με καλέσουν το συντομότερο πίσω για να με ενημερώσουν για την πορεία του δέματος και φυσικά δεν με κάλεσαν ποτε. Καλεσα εγω μετά από ώρα 3 φορες μεσα σε 5' τις δυο πρωτες φορες μπήκα σε αναμονή και την τριτη υπηρχε ηχογραφημένο μήνυμα ότι το τηλεφωνικο κέντρο εκλησε. Όταν λοιπόν εγω πληρώνω έξοδα αποστολής έχω την απαίτηση να παραλαμβανω στον χώρο μου και όχι να φεύγω από την δουλειά μου και να πληρώνω βενζίνη επειδή προφανώς δεν βολεύει τον courier η περιοχή που μενω. For a year now, every time I have a package to pick up, I have to go and pick it up from the nearby branch because the courier passes by and never finds anyone, as I am informed by the store staff because he never picks up the phone. With a highlight today that while I was waiting for a parcel from Friday and classically it never came and they assured me that I will receive it today. I informed the branch early in the morning to call the landline, where my relative was waiting to receive the parcel. No one showed up and when I called the branch to ask the course of the parcel they informed me that the courier did not find anyone on the phone !!!!! It goes without saying that he never called and never passed ... and that the parcel will be delivered tomorrow. As soon as we hung up the phone they answered from the branch to the phone I had obviously given to show the call. I contacted the company headquarters expressing my complaints, they informed me that they would call me back as soon as possible to inform me about the progress of the package and of course they never called me. I called after an hour 3 times in 5 'on The first two times I went on standby and on the third day there was a recorded message that the call center was ringing. So when I pay shipping costs I have the requirement to pick up at my place and not to leave my job and pay for gas because obviously the courier in the area where I live is not convenient.

Ο Φραγκίσκος που μας παρέδωσε το δέμα ήταν πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικός, από τους λίγους ανθρώπους που κάνουν τη δουλειά τους με χαμόγελο! Ευχαριστούμε! Καλές Γιορτές! D	Dimitris Tzaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δέμα έφυγε 11 Δεκεμβρίου από Αθήνα για Χαλκίδα. Σήμερα έχουμε 21 Δεκεμβρίου και ακόμα τίποτα. Το καταλαβαίνω ότι υπάρχουν καθυστερήσεις αυτή την εποχή αλλά αυτό το πράγμα με τα κατεβασμένα τηλέφωνα είναι απλά απαράδεκτο. Έχω στειλει 2 μαιλ και καμιά απάντηση. Λυπάμαι το μαγαζί που αγόρασα γιατί προφανώς και θα ακυρώσω τη παραγγελία και εννοείται δεν θα προτιμήσω πλέον μαγαζί που συνεργάζεται μαζί τους. Ενδεικτικά, άλλα 5 δέματα έφυγαν την ίδια μέρα με Acs, ΓΤ και ΕΛΤΑ και έχουν φτάσει όλα στις 5 μέρες. The parcel left Athens on December 11 for Chalkida. Today we have December 21 and still nothing. I understand that there are delays these days but this thing with downloaded phones is just unacceptable. I have sent 2 emails and no reply. I am sorry for the store I bought because obviously I will cancel the order and of course I will no longer prefer a store that works with them. Indicatively, another 5 packages left on the same day with Acs, GT and ELTA and have all arrived in 5 days.
