Ο ταχυδρόμος ξεκινά για την παράδοση χωρίς να ειδοποιήσει και σε παίρνει τηλέφωνο αφού έχει φτάσει στο σπίτι και σου την λέει που δεν είσαι εκεί για να παραλάβεις. Πας στο κατάστημα να παραλάβεις και η υπάλληλος δεν έχει ιδέα το που μπορεί να είναι το δέμα σου... Και κάνει μια ώρα να το βρει και να συμπληρώσει τα στοιχεία. Απαράδεκτο... The employees are rude and very slow .... The postman starts for the delivery without notifying and picks up the phone after he has arrived at the house and tells you that you are not there to pick it up. You go to the store to pick it up and the employee has no idea what your parcel might be ... And it takes an hour to find it and fill in the details. Unacceptable ...
M	Marilena Dilo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εδώ και ένα μήνα έχω στείλει δύο γράμματα priority από Γαλλία και δεν έχουν φτάσει εως τώρα στον προορισμό τους στα Τρίκαλα. Μου έχει συμβεί άλλες τέσσερις φορές να στείλω γράμματα και να μην τα έχουν λάβει οι παραλήπτες! Δεν ξέρω τι τα κάνουν ή τα χάνουν ή τα πετάνε. Είμαι πάρα πολύ απογοητευμένη. Μου έτυχε επίσης με την κάρτα της τράπεζας την οποία η τράπεζα μου είχε στείλει από τον Φεβρουάριο και δεν την έλαβα ποτέ. Αναγκάστηκα να πάω τον Αύγουστο και να βγάλω άλλη κάρτα και πλήρωσα για να την βγάλω. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση! For a month now I have sent two priority letters from France and they have not yet reached their destination in Trikala. It has happened to me four more times to send letters and the recipients have not received them! I do not know what they do or they lose or throw them away. I am very disappointed. It also happened to me with the bank card that the bank had sent me since February and I never received it. I had to go in August and get another card and I paid to get it. Very poor service!

Μετά από 30 λεπτά και αφού έγινε μεγαλύτερος συνοστισμος μας εξυπηρέτησαν τον καθένα από 15 λεπτά With the pandemic with about 10 people in line because the ladies had a "job". Ας μη μιλάμε για ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση: Μου έχει τύχει να μου αποσταλεί από Ιαπωνία δέμα (με τη μεγαλύτερη συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και δυνατή ταχύτητα) και να εγκλωβισθεί στο ΕΛΤΑ Τρικάλων για 2 μήνες! ! (Ο Ιάπωνας... κόντεψε να σκάσει από τη στενοχώρια του, και να ομολογήσει πως του "έφυγε ένα πολύ μεγάλο βάρος", όταν μετά από επιτόπια έρευνα εντόπισα το απωλεσθέν!) Venizelos airport 10 days prior to Christmas, they have not been delivered to their recipients at Trikala by the 10th of January. No compensation info for lost parcels is provided. The only cause to justify this is that ELTA department in Trikala is either understaffed or staffed by ineffective and incompetent employees. A disgrace for Hellenic post service!!! Not trustworthy at all.
