Εκαναν λάθος, πήγαν πίσω τη δουλειά μου, θα καθυστερήσουν κι άλλο την παραλαβή μου επειδή δεν βγαίνει νωρίς δρομολόγιο για την περιοχή μου και δεν βάζουν ούτε καν σε προτεραιότητα για να μπορέσουν να "εξυπηρετήσουν". Αν έρθει μεσημέρι, πάνε χαμένες 3 μέρες λόγο λάθους τους που σημαίνει ότι και ο δικός μου πελάτης θα είναι δυσαρεστημένος. Αυτά! Αυτό γίνεται τουλάχιστον τα τελευταία 3 -4 χρόνια όσες φορές έχω παραλαβή δέμα από εκεί και δεν πρόκειται να αλλάξη. Update: ήμουν σπίτι όλη μέρα, δεν ήρθε κανένας, δεν χτυπησε κανένα κουδουνι, μου έστειλαν μήνυμα για να συννενοηθω, πηρα τηλ για να μου πουν εν τέλει ότι μπορεί το πακετο να παραδωθεί σε δυο μερες (ενω το έχουν εκεί) και ότι περασαν κ δεν με βρήκαν (ψέματα, ήμουν σπίτι όλη μέρα). Απλώς απαράδεκτοι. Πληρώνω για παραλαβη κατ οίκον γιατι δεν μπορω να πάω στα γραφεία τους, αλλα θα πρεπει να παει πισω η δουλειά μου γιατί αυτοί δεν κάνουν σωστά τη δικιά τους Μηδέν από μένα και εννοείται ποτέ ξανά πακετο σε αυτους. Και όσο για το άτομο που απαντάει εκ μέρους τους στα σχόλια, καλο θα ήταν να ζητάει συγγνώμη αντί να ζητάει τα ρεστα. Ακόμα και να σου δωσω φίλε μου τον αριθμό αποστολής, τι θα κανεις; η κριτική είναι για να γίνετε καλυτεροι, οχι για να τη λέτε στους πελατες σας. Δυο χρόνια πανδημια, αφου δεν μάθατε να διαχειριζεστε τον όγκο δουλειάς, παει να πει ότι κάτι κάνετε λάθος, αλλά προφανως δε σας νοιαζει. Καμία δυνατότητα επικοινωνίας μαζί τους. Επιλέξτε την DHL που είναι καινούργια στα Τρίκαλα και ευγενέστατοι. Away! Γι'αυτό και πληρώνω έξοδα αποστολης, διότι δεν έχω τη δυνατότητα να παραλάβω από τα κεντρικά. Το τηλέφωνο δε για διακόσμηση. Άντε να συννενοηθεις. Πλήρης αντιεπαγγελματισμος, θράσος και αγένεια! Και μη μου πείτε πως εγώ ευθυνομαι, διότι με βάση τις κριτικές σας κάτι δεν κάνετε εσείς σωστά και όχι οι πελάτες! Forgivingly unacceptable. Δεν επιλεγω ποτε την συγκεκριμένη εταιρια μιας και αυτο που εγινε τωρα το επαθα και πολλες φορες στο παρελθον, αλλα το καταστημα απο το οποιο εκανα παραγγελια δυστυχώς συνεργαζοταν μονο μαζι τους και δεν ειχα αλλη επιλογη. Στελνουν λοιπον το μυνημα στο viber οτι η αποστολη μου βρισκεται προς παράδοση και οτι θα παραδοθεί σήμερα στο σπιτι μου. Και οπως παντα, μαντεψτε δεν ηρθε ποτε. Εφαγα ολη την μερα να τους περιμενω, αφησα και ατομο σπιτι ακομα και για λιγες στιγμες που ελειψα. Η ωρα πηγε 9 το βραδυ και φυσικα αφαντοι. Το εχουν συστημα, να λενε οτι δεν σε βρηκανε χωρις καν να ερχονται και μετα να σε αναγκαζουν να πας απο εκει να το παρεις. Και δεν με πειραζει τοσο αυτο, οσο το οτι σε κοροιδευουν και σε κλεινουν στο σπιτι να περιμενεις μια παραδοση που δεν θα ερθει ποτε. Ξαναλεω δεν ειναι η πρωτη φορα, εχει γινει παρα πολλες φορες, σχεδον ολες οσες ειχα να κανω με αυτους. Okay, people have audacity ..
