The employees who are working there especially the Aunty who’s setting in the office very rude behaviour. She don’t know how to speak with the clients she’s very arrogant. And about the work I will say they are not working at all . I have been apply for my passport 6 months ago and I’m still waiting. They don’t even pick up a single call . We want this system to be change please hear us somebody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today i was in my embassy for renew my passport our embassy manegment staff security each and everything was very good the mangent help us alot and some uneducated people came there and they dont bring with them the reall decuments which embassy need from the person...
And these people shout for nothing today i see with my own eyes people have them on mistake not our embassy is wrong..
At the end i just wanna say pls respect and show people you are not jahil our embassy country helping us as much as they can
