most positive experience ever!!! The staff are just real pros. being in another city (6 hours drive to Athens), we made an online appointment for the whole family to reissue passports. We arrived only with passports and only some family members had a birth certificate. met an employee at the appointed time, asked to show what documents he had and asked for receipts for payment for the service (I advise those who travel on similar issues to pay everything at the bank first to save time). Most of the documents were missing, but the employee said that this was not a problem, and for now, you should go and pay the receipts. Another employee kindly showed where you can pay - they did it in 30 minutes. Then, they began to enter information into the system, the missing documents were easily pulled from the database (there were no questions). It took about 15-20 minutes for 1 passport for everything. It turned out to be very revealing that when I, as it turned out, paid an amount of 6 euros more (according to the old incorrect information), the employee drew my attention to this, but I waved my hand, because compared to the cost of the trip, it was a little money , and I just wanted to go home faster)). But, at the end of the paperwork procedure, I was given a paper with which I can reimburse the difference the next time I apply and pay for the services of the consulate. This really took me by surprise!! Passports can be picked up by arriving to everyone who applied in person. Or by courier. I thought that we would personally arrive, so I did not pay attention to the courier option. But, due to the readiness of passports, I decided to save money and time, and wrote to the consulate's email to find out about the courier. They called me back (!), although I indicated the phone number only when making an appointment for the submission of passports, and everyone explained how to arrange delivery. All issued, the courier delivered within 1 day!! Guys, I really think that the service of this consulate is a standard of professionalism, it is clear that people treat other people with care. It's rare now.. p.s. - I have not lived in Moldova for 20 years and do not use the Romanian language, but I tried to communicate in it, because I think that in the consulate of Moldova it is better to speak broken Romanian than any other .. but if you do not have the opportunity to do this - with you will also communicate in Russian, at the same time, absolutely freely and without preliminary grumblings !!!
