There is a lack of experience in the staff. The woman in the desk is rude also the supervisor. It really looks like they dont even know what they are threre for. Poor service.

They didn't really know what they were doing for issuing my visa. They were very vague in their application forms and the lady issuing the visa should learn how to be civilized. She is really rude to people and not suitable for working in an embassy.

A number of the staff (not all) are rude, slow and unprofessional. They should reconsider the people they hire as Filipinos are known for their hospitality and for being hard working so it's a pity that the embassy in Athens may easily change your mind.

They don't even know what they are doing. No communication at all. SOME members of the staff are rude and they don't even bother to do their job. They lost my birth record. You have to call them every single day, or get a lawyer if you want them to take your case seriously. Unprofessional and disrespectful for US Philippine citizens.

It's the worst embassy/consulate in EU. Very disorganized, they don't know what they are doing. I wonder how they got the job. This office should be evaluated. Its a waste of our taxpayers money to have incompetent people working on a government office whose purpose is to help Filipinos outside the country. If I could rate it to negative star,I would! If you have a chance to go to a different office, I strongly advise to do so. If you have no choice, then I wish you luck!

My appointment is today March 31,2022 at 1pm in Philippine Embassy. So me and my husband went there earliest about 12:15pm.And in the gate you can read the PCR test needed. why they did not advice you on the day that i set the appointment.I had my vaccine already and this won't exist. Ofcourse! We have to run to the pharmacy to have my PCR test and i'am thinking that im losing my time.Because i've learned not to have late when i have an appointment. So, i am ready to go inside and asked one of the personnel. First she asked me, what is my concern, i explained to her what i need, then after she assisted the other person, and she asked me again and again and again of the same questions. I feel frustrated. And told me the person who will assist me is not around and i've waited for 1 and half hour before the embassy will close then she arrived. And so, i spoke to her, again i explained everything what i need. even if i already wrote it down my concern. They asked me what certificate do i need, can you imagine? i have no ideas, that is why i came to this embassy and help me figure it out.OFcourse, i did not finish what i want for today and i needed to be back again for tomorrow. What i can say about their services.. is sucks!! less informations. I was thinking the services here in greece are more advance, and have more informations that will give you in advance, but it's the same from the Philippines.
