★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειχαν παραλαβει το κλιματικο εν μεσω καυσωνα και το διατηρουσαν στην αποθηκη.Δεν επικοινωνησαν και απεφευγαν εμεσα τη μεταφορα στο σπιτι, ενω τα μεταφορικα ειναι πληρωμενα.Απαραδεκτη η αγενεια του προσωπικου στο τηλεφωνικο κεντρο.
They had received the air conditioner in the middle of the heat and kept it in the warehouse. They did not communicate and indirectly avoided transport to the house, while the transport is paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου στέλνουν δώρο για το οποίο δεν γνώριζα κάτι. Με καλεί η μεταφορική να με ενημερώσει να πάω για το δέμα και να παραλάβω από τον χώρο τους (!) πράγμα το οποίο έκανα.
Εκ των υστέρων όμως, παραλαμβάνοντας το πακέτο βρίσκω το δελτίο αποστολής που αναγράφει από τον αποστολέα ότι το δέμα θα παραδοθεί σπίτι μου!!!!!!!
Ρωταω γιατί δεν μου το έφεραν στο χώρο μου εφόσον ο αποστολέας είχε τέτοιο αίτημα και είχε πληρώσει τα μεταφορικά.
Η απάντηση του υπαλλήλου ήταν ότι θα αργούσαν επειδή είμαι ιδιώτης.
Όπως διαπίστωσα είναι τακτική που εφαρμόζουν συχνά και πραγματικά ντροπή τους.
They send me a gift for which I did not know anything. The transport company invites me to inform them to go for the package and to pick up from their place (!) Which I did.
However, after receiving the package, I find the delivery note that states from the sender that the parcel will be delivered to my house !!!!!!!
I ask why they did not bring it to my place since the sender had such a request and had paid the shipping.
The employee's response was that they would be late because I am a private individual.
As I found out it is a tactic that they often apply and their real shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενεις υπάλληλοι, κρατανε την παλετα με ζωοτροφες 1 βδομαδα στην αποθηκη τους επειδη δεν μπορουν να συννενοηθουν με την μεταφορικη στην Αθηνα για την πληρωμη. Ζηταω να συννενοηθουμε για την ωρα παραδοσης και δεν κανουν καν τον κοπο να παρουν απο το πρωι ενα τηλεφωνο για να ξερουμε ωρα( τους εχουμε εξηγησει οτι δεν μπορουμε να καθομαστε να περιμενουμε το φορτηγο γιατι ο χωρος παραδοσης δεν ειναι κατοικια)
Rude employees, kept the pallet with feed for 1 week in their warehouse because they can not agree with the transport company in Athens for payment. I ask to agree on the delivery time and they do not even bother to pick up a phone in the morning to know the time (we have explained to them that we can not sit and wait for the truck because the delivery area is not residential)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενείς και απαράδεκτοι..πήγα να παραλάβω σήμερα ένα δέμα από τα γραφεία τους ύστερα από επικοινωνία μαζί τους.Αφου πλήρωσα τα μεταφορικά στη συνέχεια αναζητούσαν το δέμα χρησιμοποιώντας αστείες δικαιολογίες, όπως μπορεί να μην στάλθηκε ή να παραδόθηκε άλλου κατά λάθος. Μετά από μεγάλη καθυστέρηση το δέμμα βρέθηκε.
