Θ	ΘΕΟΔΩΡΑ ΕΥΘΥΜΙΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έσπασαν το επιπλο που τους ανατεθηκε να μεταφερουν, δεν μου είπαν τίποτα, το επισκευασαν όπως όπως και το έστειλαν. Επειδη υπηρξε καθυστέρηση επικοινωνησαμε μαζι τους αλλα φυσικά δεν ανεφεραν κάτι για τη ζημια. Οταν εφτασε στα χέρια μας κ διαπιστώθηκε τι έγινε επικοινωνησαμε. Με καθυστερηση μας είπαν οτι το έπιπλο το εριξε ο αέρας!!! Ηταν ενα παλιό έπιπλο που δυστυχώς επισκευαστηκε ατεχνως και εχουν μεινει φθορες που δεν επισκευαζονται. Απαράδεκτοι, οργή και θυμός για τον αντιεπαγγελματισμο τους. They broke the furniture they were assigned to carry, they did not tell me anything, they repaired it as they sent it. Because there was a delay we contacted them but of course they did not mention anything about the damage. When it reached our hands and it was found out what happened we contacted. With delay we were told that the furniture was thrown by the wind !!! It was an old piece of furniture that unfortunately was unknowingly repaired and there is no damage left that cannot be repaired. Unacceptable, anger and rage for their unprofessionalism.

N	Natasa Korenti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακη εξυπηρέτηση και κακη οργάνωση. Είχαν το προϊόν μου δέκα μέρες εκεί και δεν επικοινώνησαν ποτε. Τους έψαχνα στα τηλέφωνα για να τους το ζητήσω εγώ. Αλλιως ακόμα θα περίμενα ειδοποίηση τους. Εκθέτουν έτσι και την εταιρεία που τους αναθέτει την παράδοση (στην προκειμένη περίπτωση τη Leroy merlin). Very poor service and poor organization. They had my product there for ten days and they never contacted me. I was looking for them on the phones so that I could ask them. Otherwise I would still be waiting for their notice. They also expose the company that assigns the delivery to them (in this case Leroy merlin).
