He uses only fresh and carefully selected raw material (fresh butter, real eggs, top chocolate etc) and cooks with love and passion keeping his knowledge up to date. Unbeatable cookies, tartes, souffle, lemon pie... you name it. And most of all, welcoming, kind and smiling. YES. I have been a client from the first day he opened and will remain loyal for a long time to come!
