★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προφανώς και έχουμε προμηθευτεί έπιπλα σας, τα οποία όμως εφθάρησαν γρήγορα, μετά από ελάχιστη χρήση. Αυτό όμως που μας ενόχλησε περισσότερο, ήταν κυρίως η απροθυμία και η άρνησή σας να αναγνωρίσετε το συγκεκριμένο πρόβλημα, προβάλλοντας διάφορες αστήρικτες, κατά τη γνώμη μας, δικαιολογίες.
Η δική μου περίπτωση είναι άλλη από αυτή που αναφέρετε. Συγκεκριμένα, είχαμε μιλήσει στο τηλέφωνο, είχα εξηγήσει σε κάποιον το πρόβλημα και μου είχε πει ότι στα δικά σας έπιπλα σπανίως συμβαίνουν τέτοια περιστατικά, κτλ. Δεν είχα καταφέρει να έρθω από κοντά, όπως μου είπατε, αλλά μετά από τη συζήτησή μας, θεώρησα ότι θα ήταν άσκοπο.
Obviously we have procured your furniture, but it quickly deteriorated, after minimal use. But what bothered us the most was mainly your reluctance and refusal to acknowledge this problem, putting forward various unsubstantiated, in our opinion, excuses.
My case is different from the one you mention. Specifically, we had talked on the phone, I had explained the problem to someone and he had told me that such incidents rarely occur in your furniture, etc. I had not been able to get close, as you told me, but after our discussion, I thought that it would be pointless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought 2 beds from Endoxoros which arrived yesterday. Though the design is nice but the smell of the beds (padded headboards especially) is too strong & chemical. We can not use them. We keep windows opened. I will give 2 more days to see if the smell remains and if yes, I will request for a return of my money and shipping back the beds to Endoxoros. It is a pity coz the design is lovely. If smell goes away in 2-3 days, I will remove my review.
