Κακη ποιότητα για τα λεφτά του. Δεν εξυπηρετεί σωστά τα νησιά. Bad communication. Problematic construction. Shelves that bend under the weight, mechanisms that strain the furniture and unscrew other parts of the construction. Poor quality for the money. It does not serve the islands properly.

Όταν ζητήσαμε την εγγύηση να πραγματοποιήθει μας είπαν δεν είναι μέσα στην εγγύηση και αποφευγαν για εξυπηρέτηση! Ότι δείχνει η εικόνα αυτής της επιχείρησης είναι ακριβώς το αντίθετο. Πουλάει μούρη δηθεν ποιότητα ακρίβεια και στο πρώτο πρόβλημα το βάζει στα πόδια! Μακριά! Expensive bedroom with synthetic skin peeled off in the first 2 years! T	Thanasis geo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα..ένας από αυτούς είμαι και εγώ Δυστυχώς σκέτη απογοήτευση..μετά από 5 χρόνια όλη η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ξεφλουδισει και δεν φέρουν Καμία ευθύνη για αυτό.Δεν ήρθαν ποτέ σπίτι να την δουν και το μόνο που μας έλεγαν είναι να μας αποδώσουν ευθύνες ότι εμείς τα κάναμε.Ο καναπές σε ορισμένα σημεία όχι σε όλα έχει ξεφλουδισει και πάλι καμία ευθύνη...οι βίδες των μηχανισμών για την ανάκληση έχουν φύγει μετά από ελάχιστη χρήση...δεν υπάρχει συνεννόηση με κανένα τμήμα της εταιρίας και στα πάντα φταίει ο πελάτης. Από ότι φαίνεται όμως και από τα σχόλια σάς δεν φταίει ο πελάτης. Και δυστυχώς για το σπίτι μας εμπιστευομαστε λάθος εταιρίες και ανθρώπους! Έχει περισσότερο από 2 μήνες, με πάνω από 10 τηλεφωνήματα που κάνω για μια μικροεπισκευή του καναπέ μου που ειναι εντος ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗΣ! Οι απαντήσεις: θα σας πάρουμε από βδομάδα, μιλήστε με τον τεχνίτη του εργοστασίου, δε μιλήσατε μαζί μου ξαναπείτε μου ποιό ειναι το πρόβλημα, δεν με κάλεσαι ο τεχνίτης για το θέμα σας...και άλλα πολλά. Συμπέρασμα: μηδενικό ενδιαφέρον, απουσία συντονισμού-συνεργασίας μετάξύ τους, αλλά τα 5000 τα ήθελαν!!! There's no other explanation. The company probably wants to close. It has been more than 2 months, with over 10 phone calls I make for a minor repair of my sofa that is WARRANTY! The answers: we will take you in a week, talk to the factory craftsman, you did not talk to me again tell me what the problem is, you do not call the craftsman for your issue ... and much more. Conclusion: zero interest, lack of coordination-cooperation between them, but the 5000 wanted it !!!
