E	Eliza Dagkinaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από πού να ξεκινήσω! Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση στις 12 μμ τους ψάχναμε, δεν τους βρίσκαμε.... Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση να πάρουμε το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο του Βόλου, αυτοί υποτίθεται ότι ήξεραν για το αεροδρόμιο του Βόλου! Το αυτοκίνητο εν τέλει δεν το πήραμε γιατί εγώ που ήμουν η οδηγός δεν είχα πιστωτική κάρτα στην οποία κανονικά θα μας δεσμευαν 600€ και θα τα παίρναμε μετά από 1 μήνα πίσω αν όλα πήγαιναν καλά! Επίσης το αυτοκίνητο όπως μας ενημέρωσαν είχε την κοινή βασική ασφάλεια που έχουμε εμείς οι απλοί οδηγοί αλλά ακόμη και αν παίρναμε την ασφάλεια που είχε +8€ δεν κάλυπτε τους καθρέφτες, το αυτοκίνητο από κάτω και τα λάστιχα.... ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΕΝ ΟΛΊΓΟΙΣ! Επίσης δεν θα μας δίνουν το αυτοκίνητο το οποίο είχαμε κλείσει λόγω έλλειψης αυτοκινήτων! Για να μην τα πολυλογω τα χρήματα δεσμεύτηκαν κανονικά μας τα πήραν... Εμείς αυτοκίνητο δεν πήραμε και δεν μας εξυπηρέτησαν καθόλου! Ήταν πολύ ειρωνικοί, πήραν τα λεφτακια τους και έτσι απλά εμείς χάσαμε 3 ώρες από τις διακοπές μας μέσα στη ζέστη! Γιατί το γραφείο τους είναι και αρκετά έξω από τον Βόλο! Αυτά παιδιά! Καλές δουλειές! Είστε τραγικοί! Where to start! We had booked at 12 pm we were looking for them, we could not find them .... We had booked to get the car from the center of Volos, they supposedly knew about the airport of Volos! In the end we did not get the car because I, who was the driver, did not have a credit card in which they would normally commit € 600 and we would get it back after 1 month if everything went well! Also, the car as they informed us had the common basic safety that we ordinary drivers have, but even if we took the safety that had + 8 €, it did not cover the mirrors, the car underneath and the tires .... NOTHING AT ALL! They will also not give us the car we had booked due to lack of cars! Not to mention the money was committed normally, they took it from us ... We did not take a car and they did not serve us at all! They were very ironic, they got their money and so we just lost 3 hours of our vacation in the heat! Because their office is quite outside Volos! These guys! Good work! You are tragic!

Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της κράτησης δεν μπόρεσαν να με βοηθήσουν, και σαν απάντηση έπαιρνα μονίμως "δεν ξέρω τι να σας πω" For the store in Volos the service I have to say was very poor. S	Sotiris Golioris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα τηλεφωνικά την προηγούμενη μέρα, κάναμε τη δουλειά μας για τέσσερις μέρες, το επιστρέψαμε στην ώρα του και όλα καλά. Προσωπικά και θα τους συστήσω και θα τους ξαναπροτιμήσω. I hung up the day before, we did our job for four days, got it back on time and all is well. Personally, I will recommend them and I will prefer them again.
V	Vasileios Setsikas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χειρότερο customer experience που είχα ποτέ. Για την αντιπροσωπεία του Βόλου αναφέρομαι, η οποία έχει έναν αγενέστατο μεσήλικα στο υποκατάστημα. Δεν μπορείς να νοικιάσει αμάξι χωρίς πιστωτική (απο την χρεωστική όμως μια χαρά μου τράβηξαν 35 € για την κράτηση) καθώς απαιτείται δέσμευση ποσού 600€ (αυτό αναφέρεται στα ψιλά γράμματα ή όπως μου απάντησε ο μεσήληξ "στα χοντρά χοντρά"...). Τέλος ποιος είπε οτι η επιστροφή χρημάτων είναι υπόθεση ενός τηλεφωνήματος. Οποιος νοικιάσει αμάξι για σαββατοκύριακο και θέλει να ακυρώσει την κράτηση, την πάτησε!! Σάββατο δεν δουλεύουν οι υπάλληλοι στην Αθήνα, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεις να ακυρώσεις για να πάρεις τα λεφτά σου πίσω. Αν πάρεις τη Δευτέρα τηλέφωνο, σου λένε οτι δεν γίνεται τώρα επιστροφή χρημάτων καθώς το αμάξι είχε δεσμευτεί και δεν μπορούσε να το νοικιάσει άλλος... Εν κατακλείδι, για να νοικιάσει κανείς αμάξι στο Βόλο, πρέπει να οπλιστεί με υπομονή, να έχει πιστωτική κάρτα και μόνο και να μην νοικιάσει αμαξι για το σκ γιατί δεν θα μπορεί να ακυρώσει την κράτηση, με αποτέλεσμα να κλαίει τα χρήματα του, όπως εγώ (Αν μπορούσα να βάλω και μηδέν αστέρια, θα έβαζα)... The worst customer experience I have ever had. I am referring to the Volos delegation, which has a very middle-aged man in the branch. You can not rent a car without credit (from the debit but I was fine 35 € for the reservation) as a commitment of 600 € is required (this refers to the fine print or as the middleman answered me "in the thick thick" ...). Finally, who said that a refund is a matter of a phone call? Anyone who rents a car for a weekend and wants to cancel the reservation, clicked it !! Employees do not work in Athens on Saturday, so you can not cancel to get your money back. If you get a phone call on Monday, they tell you that there is no refund now as the car was blocked and could not be rented by anyone else ... In conclusion, in order to rent a car in Volos, one must be patient, have a credit card and only not to rent a car for the sk because he will not be able to cancel the reservation, as a result of which he cries his money, like me (If I could put zero stars, I would put) ...
