I had a great experience here. My husband I needed to buy a lot of furniture and were burnt out from shopping. When we came on a recommendation and a very charming sales lady helped us. She listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and provided helpful solutions.

The worst shopping experience ever. 1. a lady with a strange voice contacted me about the delivery time, At that time, I had to go to the hospital frequently in the morning, And my husband went abroad again.so I basically only had time from noon every day. I tried to discuss the time with her. Her answer was only No, I must obey her orders, whether it is convenient for me or not.The whole conversation was a complete drama. 2.the deliveryman just took the pillows and cushions out of the packaging and threw them on the dirty ground in the elevator. After that, no one helped me unpack and inspect the sofa, also No one helped me install it,they just keep forcing me to sign. So I called entos of Alimos, Their answer is that I must call the installation company in person to make an appointment for the installation time, and I need to pay an additional fee. I clearly remember that my husband asked them, our payment 1272 euros includes all services, and I don’t need to do anything. So I was very angry and refused to sign. The two delivery guys kept forcing me, and at the same time I answered several phone calls. The scene was too chaotic. When I told them that I was pregnant, I asked them to stop bullying me, then they were a little quieter.But after some verbal attacks, they agreed to send someone to install it the next day. 3.when they left my house, I found the sofa broken in two places,I don't know if there are any other breakages, because I don't have the strength to open the rest of the packages. So I contacted them again and sent photos,after my constant complaints and anger.Finally someone contacted me on Monday, I agreed to repair the sofa instead of replacing it with a new set or returning it for a refund.Because I was bleeding from anger on Friday night, I was afraid that I would lose my child, So I don't want the sofa to affect my mood and health again.so I just wanted to solve the problem as soon as possible. But once again they fooled me and no one contacted me, so I contacted them again on Wednesday afternoon,and their reason was that they were busy with exhibitions,and pretended to be surprised that no one contacted me. 4.the quality of the sofa is worrying, with a strong unpleasant smell. Can't stay in the living room at all, and start to have a headache in few minutes. I will not use it for at least half year. 5.One employee tried to put all the blame on my pregnancy,Instead of feeling guilty for their poor service causing trouble to my life.totally unreasonable! I feel that what I bought is not a sofa, I just bought myself a lot of trouble. I hope they can solve the problem as soon as possible and stop messing up my life again.

Terrible experience! We are currently looking at taking legal measures. We were served by the store manager in Alimos who was indeed extremely professional and polite- therefore we trusted her fully and placed the order immediately (as she said the discount was ending that day and prices will go up the following day- which was not true and discount continued, but that is not the real issue). The manager said maximum, worst case scenario, delivery is 45 days. After a month I called in to check on my order and they were very surprised that I am calling, and said the order will not be ready for another month. They pointed out that the order confirmation states maximum 55 days. I admit, it is our fault that I did not check this in the order confirmation, as I relied on the information the store manager gave when we placed the order, just minutes before giving us the order confirmation. Anyway...55 days passed, nobody was contacting us, and every time we called they were saying the order is coming any day now. It has been 68 days now and still no news of the couch. Having no other solution, we have been sitting on pillows on the ground - while I am being pregnant, to make things even better. Yesterday I called again and they asked me to pay the rest of the amount, saying the order will be in the storage centre today and will be shipped. We paid- I called the storage, and they have absolutely no news of the order or when it is coming. I called the store again and I am still not being given any specific date when the order will be delivered. At this point I am tired, disappointed and I am only praying that once we finally receive the order one day- at least the quality is good and not damaged (as I read many such reviews and, given the experience with the company so far, I would not be surprised even from that). Update: Called customer service again- they have no idea when our order will be ready and do not know why we were told to pay.

Great service! The personel was very polite, friendly and genuinely smiling. They were very helpful,l. They even helped us load the car and made sure that everything would be OK. It was the store that gave us the best experience throughout the last year, that we are furnishing our home.
