j	john varjohn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφος σχεδιασμός των επίπλων, όμως η ποιότητα δεν είναι εγγυημένη. Ενδεικτικά, μπουφές fermo 1000+ ευρώ έχει ποιότητα υποδεέστερη σκανδιναβικών εταιρειών (τόσο ελαφρύς και λεπτός, που σου προκαλεί απορία εάν θα υποστηρίζει το βάρος των αποθηκευμένων αντικειμένων). Ομοίως, τραπέζι milano με πόδια δρυός (ΟΚ) αλλά επιφάνεια σε εμφάνιση και αντιληπτή ποιότητα praktiker...Όχι για 1000 ευρώ βεβαίως. Εξαιτίας των ανωτέρω (ίσως) δίνουν μ ό ν ο 2 χρόνια εγγύηση, το οποίο δεν μπορεί παρά να προβληματίσει. Απορίας άξιο είναι το γεγονός ότι κάθε παραγγελία, όσο μικρή και αν είναι, φτάνει σε 45-60 ημέρες. Αν είναι δυνατόν να θέλεις να πάρεις μία καρέκλα και να παραλάβεις σε δύο μήνες... Η εταιρεία επίσης έχει περίεργη πολιτική στις τιμές της. Είναι πιο ακριβή από όλα τα boconcept εξωτερικού (σε μερικά προϊόντα διπλάσιες τιμές-ελέγξτε Βελγίου, Γαλλίας, Ιταλίας, Βουλγαρίας) και σε σχετική ερώτηση σε υπάλληλο του Αλίμου πήραμε την εξής απάντηση: 'Ανέβηκε το φπα γι' αυτό υπάρχουν αυτές οι διαφορές'. Και όταν αποκριθήκαμε ότι με 1 και 2 % παραπάνω φπα δεν προκύπτει διπλάσια τιμή, πήραμε το παρακάτω: 'ναι, αλλά κάνει εκπτώσεις συχνά, οπότε προσπαθούμε να κρατήσουμε το επίπεδο τιμών κοντά σε εκείνα τα επίπεδα'. Δηλαδή άλλες ευρωπαϊκές χώρες που έχουν νορμάλ αρχικές τιμές δεν κάνουν εκπτώσεις. Μάλιστα... Για το τέλος άφησα κάτι σουρεαλιστικό. Όχι μόνο οι υπάλληλοι σχολιάζουν θετικά την εταιρεία τους στο google, και φυσικά βάζουν συγγενείς και φίλους να κάνουν το ίδιο, αλλά απαντάνε και οι ίδιοι στα σχόλια τους!! Σοβαρευτείτε κύριοι.. Similarly, milano table with oak legs (OK) but surface in appearance and perceived quality praktiker ... Not for 1000 euros of course. Because of the above (maybe) they only give a 2 year warranty, which can only be a problem. Surprising is the fact that each order, no matter how small, reaches 45-60 days. If possible, you want to get a chair and receive it in two months ... The company also has a strange pricing policy. It is more expensive than all foreign boconcepts (in some products double prices - check Belgium, France, Italy, Bulgaria) and in a relevant question to an employee of Alimos we got the following answer: 'VAT went up so there are these differences' And when we responded that with 1 and 2% more VAT does not result in a double price, we got the following: 'yes, but it makes discounts often, so we try to keep the price level close to those levels'. That is, other European countries that have normal starting prices do not make discounts. In fact ... For the end I left something surreal. Not only do employees comment positively on their company on google, and of course they put relatives and friends to do the same, but they also respond to their comments !! Get serious gentlemen ..
Ν	Νικος Μαστρο on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφθήκαμε το κατάστημα Αλίμου με την σύζυγό μου θέλοντας να ρωτήσουμε σχετικά με κάποια προϊόντα που είδαμε στον ιστότοπο της εταιρείας που αφορά την ανακαίνιση του σαλονιού μας. Ομολογώ ότι μας ξάφνιασε ο τρόπος του πωλητή που ήταν ιδιαίτερα αδιάφορος απέναντι μας και μας απαντούσε μονολεκτικά δείχνοντας μας ότι δεν είχε και την τρελλή διάθεση να μας μιλήσει και να μας βοηθήσει. Πραγματικά κρίμα. My wife and I visited the Alimos store, wanting to ask about some of the products we saw on the company's website regarding the renovation of our living room. I confess that we were surprised by the way of the seller who was very indifferent towards us and answered us in one word, showing us that he was not in the crazy mood to talk to us and help us. Really a pity.
K	Klafta Haralambe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2011 κατάστημα Αλίμου. Βλέπουμε καναπέ τριθεσιος με δέρμα σε πολύ καλή τιμή δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς κάπου 1300 ευρώ. Μάλιστα τραβάω αρκετές φώτο με το κινητό μου και τυχαία φαίνεται και το καρτελάκι της τιμής. Επειδή χτιζαμε ακόμα το σπίτι μας δεν τον πήραμε τότε. Μετά από περίπου έναν χρόνο πάμε για τον καναπέ. Τιμή; αν θυμάμαι καλά 2800!!Ρωταω τον πωλητή και του δείχνω και τη φωτογραφία με την τιμή που είχα από πέρσι. Παθαίνει ένα σοκ και μου ψελλίζει για την αύξηση του ΦΠΑ που πράγματι είχε γίνει τότε 8-10% και νομίζει ότι τελειώσαμε. Του υπολογίζω σε dt τη διαφορά από την αύξηση του ΦΠΑ και μένει να με κοιτάει. Μετά μου λέει πως υπήρξαν ανατιμήσεις από τη Δανία.... Όπως έχουμε όλοι καταλάβει οι προσφορές που ευαγγελιζονται όλο το χρόνο κάπου μυρίζουν. Το μόνο που έχω πάρει είναι ένα τραπεζάκι σαλονιού στο οποίο έλειπαν και βίδες. Αντε να τρέχεις στο Μενίδι για βίδες. Από φίλους μας που έχουν πάρει καναπέ κα η γνώμη τους είναι πως η ποιότητα δεν συνάδει με το όνομα και πολύ περισσότερο με τις τιμές. 2011 Alimos store. At the last minute there is talk of an excessive delivery and installation charge. There is no customer service. Forget it. The Bo Concept furniture is great but import it - much faster and cheaper.
