A	Archontia Hatzinikolaou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση, μετά την αγορά είχε μεγάλη αναμονή, όταν τελικά ήρθε ο καναπες, αναγκάστηκα με να τον ανεβάσουμε με τα πόδια στον 6ο! Επειδή δεν χωρούσε... έβγαλαν και τα μαξιλάρια τα οποία ανεβάσαμε χωρίς κάποιο προστατευτικο καλυμμα! Απαράδεκτοι κατά την παράδοση! Ειδικά όταν έχεις δώσει ένα τόσο μεγάλο ποσό! Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών πότε δεν επικοινώνησε μαζί μου..για να τους εκφράσω τα παράπονα μου!ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Very poor service, after the purchase there was a long wait, when the sofa finally came, I had to walk it up to the 6th! Because it did not fit ... they took out the pillows which we raised without a protective cover! Unacceptable upon delivery! Especially when you have given such a large amount! Customer service never contacted me..to express my complaints! UNACCEPTABLE!
Χ	Χρυσουλα Ραικου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στο κατάστημα με διάθεση και γνώση του αντικειμένου.Οι τιμές σχετικά καλές την περίοδο που βάζουν προσφορές.Το πρόβλημα ξεκινάει στην περίπτωση που το προϊόν έχει πρόβλημα. Εκεί βρίσκουν δικαιολογίες του τύπου το προϊόν είναι βρώμικο (το οποίο ήταν και ένα από τα θέματα ότι κομπιασε και ξεχειλωσε το ύφασμα) , δεν υπάρχει πια σαν κωδικός κτλ. Έξι μήνες έκαναν να μου δώσουν απάντηση ... ότι έχω δίκιο και ότι το γνώριζαν ότι ήταν προϊόν που είχε ξαναδημιουργήσει θέμα και αφού με ταλαιπώρησαν μου έδωσαν λάθος οδηγίες από την εξυπηρέτηση στο τέλος δεν με αποζημιώνουν κιόλας γιατί είναι ο λόγος μου απέναντι στο δικό τους. Παρόλο που έχω καταθέσει και τα χρήματα τις διαφοράς που μου ζήτησαν από το προϊόν που επέλεξα από τα πιστωτικά που έκοψαν στο όνομα μου.Ευχομαι να τα βρούμε και να μην προχωρήσει το θέμα δικαστικά Ελπίζω να είναι ένα τυχαίο γεγονός και να λυθεί άμεσα Helpful staff in the store with the mood and knowledge of the object. The prices are relatively good during the period when they place offers. The problem starts in case the product has a problem. There they find excuses like the product is dirty (which was one of the issues that the fabric tangled and overflowed), it no longer exists as a code etc. Six months they made me answer ... that I am right and that they knew it that it was a product that had re-created an issue and after they bothered me they gave me the wrong instructions from the service in the end they do not compensate me at all because it is my reason towards theirs. Although I have also deposited the money of the difference they asked me for from the product I chose from the credit they cut in my name. I hope we find them and the matter does not go to court.

b	basil rigas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality furniture. The stock shop has some very good discounts. Definatelly worth taking a look. I wasn't happy for the delivery charges but I'd still purchase from the store...
A	Aleksandra Markovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I had extremely unpleasant experience in this shop with their staff, so I would not recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional behavior from two ladies working there, with the treatment that one customer doesn't deserve for sure.
