★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 χρόνια μετά την τοποθέτηση του ηλιακού το boiler είναι στην κυριολεξία σουρωτήρι. Κρίμα τα χρήματα που πέταξα για την αγορά αυτού του ηλιακού.
3 years after the solar boiler is installed, the boiler is literally a strainer. I'm afraid of the money I've fought for buying this solar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα μποιλερ ηλιακού θερμοσίφωνα 200 λίτρων πριν 7 χρόνια. Κάνοντας τις προγραμματισμένες συντηρήσεις λειτουργεί άψογα και έχουμε μόνιμα ζεστό νερό.
I bought a 200 liter solar water heater boiler 7 years ago. Doing the scheduled maintenance works perfectly and we have permanently hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μάιο 2015 μέσω προτροπής πιστοποιημένου υδραυλικού αλλάξαμε το καζάνι του ηλιακού μας. Μάιο 2017 κάναμε συντήρηση του ηλιακού με τον ίδιο υδραυλικό. Οκτώβριο του 2018 το καζάνι του ηλιακού τρύπησε. Στείλαμε email στην εταιρεία Κυριαζής αναφέροντας το πρόβλημα. Απάντηση τηλεφωνική μετά από μιά εβδομάδα, μας είπε ότι πρέπει να το βγάλουμε μόνοι μας και να το στείλουμε στην Θεσσαλονίκη από την Αθήνα με δικά μας έξοδα, για να επισκευαστεί. Η πενταετής εγγύηση δεν ισχύει άσχετα αν την συντήρηση την έκανε υδραυλικός που μας πρότεινε την συγκεκριμμένη εταιρεία. Σε δεύτερο email διαμαρτυρίας μας, δυστυχώς δεν λάβαμε ποτέ απάντηση, αν και έχουν περάσει δύο εβδομάδες. Κρίμα τα χρήματα που πετάξαμε. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.
May 2015, at the urging of a certified plumber, we changed our solar boiler. In May 2017 we did solar maintenance with the same plumber. October 2018 the solar boiler drilled. We sent an email to the company Kyriazis mentioning the problem. Answer by phone after a week, he told us that we have to take it out ourselves and send it to Thessaloniki from Athens at our own expense, to be repaired. The five-year warranty does not apply regardless of whether the maintenance was done by a plumber who suggested the specific company. In our second protest email, unfortunately we never received a response, even though two weeks have passed. Too bad the money we threw away. The conclusion is yours to make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω αγοράσει από την εταιρία Κυριαζής έναν ηλιακό 200 λίτρα με 2 συλλεκτες και έχουμε πάντα ζεστό νερό για όλη την οικογένεια (6 άτομα). Αξίζει τα λεφτά του.
I have purchased from Kyriazis a 200 liter solar panels with 2 collectors and we always have hot water for the whole family (6 people). Value for money.
