Οι ταβλες του κρεβατιου ειναι τουλαχιστον 2 ποντους μικροτερες ή τα πλαινα του κρεβατιου λαθος μετρημενα και αναγκαστηκα να προσθεσω πηχακια στο πλαι για να πατανε. Το υφασμα σκιστηκε αμεσως και το στρωμα δεν εφαρμοζει πουθενα με αποτελεσμα καθε φορα που καθεσαι να γλιστραει και να φευγει απο το κρεβατι. Very poor quality. Αγόρασα ένα στρώμα τον Σεπτέμβρη και και μου πρότειναν να μου στείλουν άλλο το οποίο και δέχτηκα γιατί ήταν ίδιων χαρακτηριστικών. παραδόθηκε τον Δεκέμβρη και τον λόγο δεν τον γνωρίζουμε ακόμα διότι ο ένας υπάλληλος λέει ότι είχαν θέμα στο τελωνείο ο άλλος λέει ότι είχαν θέμα με τον προμηθευτή και την τελευταία φορά μου είπαν ότι υπήρχε πρόβλημα με μια απεργία στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά η οποία όταν έγινε σύμφωνα με ενημέρωση που είχα απ' τους ίδιους εκείνο το διάστημα , το στρώμα δεν είχε έρθει ακόμα Ελλάδα . Όταν απο δικό μου λάθος παραγγελίας διάστασης στρώματος θέλησα να το επιστρέψω και είχε ανοιχτεί η συσκευασία, δεν κατέστη δυνατόν. Σημαντικό για την επόμενη επιλογή μου, οταν άλλες εταιρείες όπως το ΙΚΕΑ σου δίνουν έως 40 ημέρες περιθώριο δοκιμής ή αλλαγής γνώμης. Bad return policy. ΜΠΑΡΚΛΕΣΗ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΖΑ clearly couldn’t care less if she made a sale or not . If my husband would not have insisted I would have left immediately and took my business somewhere else . For example to the BOX store where they are 100 x nicer and more professional . You can tell at this store that they are corporately owned and the employees don’t care about customer service . They act like you are bothering them when asking questions .
