D	Dimitris Chatzitheologou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κλείνω ραντεβού 2 ημέρες νωρίτερα στον συγκεκριμένο έμπορο, για να δω ένα μεταχειρισμένο αυτοκίνητο που μου άρεσε διότι θα ερχόμουν από Άρτα, έτσι ώστε να είναι όλα έτοιμα και παράλληλα κλείνω ραντεβού για έλεγχο στην αντιπροσωπεία του αυτοκινήτου. Όταν έφτασα είδα το αυτοκίνητο στο κατάστημα αλλά όταν ζήτησα το βιβλίο service του αυτοκινήτου (στην αγγελία του car.gr περιέγραφε ότι το αυτοκίνητο είχε βιβλίο service και πλήρες ιστορικό συντήρησης) μου είπαν ότι το βιβλίο το έχει κάποιος άλλος συνεργάτης της επιχείρησης (?????) και θα το έφερναν στο κατάστημα με courier. Περιμένω πάνω από μια ώρα και αφού δεν εμφανίστηκε το βιβλίο, θεωρώντας τυπικό το θέμα, πήγα για τον έλεγχο της αντιπροσωπείας. Μετά τον έλεγχο (και την πληρωμή), που αποδείχτηκε σχετικά καλός για το συγκεκριμένο μεταχειρισμένο, ο έμπορος μου εμφάνισε αντί του βιβλίου service την απόδειξη αγοράς του αυτοκινήτου, μία απόδειξη από service στα 60.000 χλμ (τα συνολικά χλμ του αυτοκινήτου ήταν 139.000 χλμ με ντίζελ κινητήρα) και ένα ΚΤΕΟ από Ιταλία. Και φυσικά δεν υπήρχε ούτε και το Manual του αυτοκινήτου. Όταν του είπα ότι αυτά που μου έδειξε δεν είναι το βιβλίο service του αυτοκινήτου και εγώ ταξίδεψα να δω το αυτοκίνητο όντας σίγουρος ότι το αυτοκίνητο θα είχε επίσημες καταγραφές των προβλεπόμενων service, η απάντηση ήταν ότι οι παραπάνω αποδείξεις είναι αυτό που εννοούσε ως βιβλίο service. Για να μην τα πολυλογώ, δεν προχώρησα στην αγορά. Αυτή η κριτική γίνεται γατί ο συγκεκριμένος έμπορος πήγε να "παίξει" μαζί μου στο θέμα του βιβλίου service με συνέπεια να χάσω χρόνο και χρήμα. When I arrived I saw the car in the store but when I asked for the car service book (in the car.gr ad it was described that the car had a service book and a complete maintenance history) I was told that the book was owned by another business partner (??? ??) and they would bring it to the store by courier. I waited for over an hour and after the book did not appear, considering the subject typical, I went to check on the dealership. After checking (and paying), which turned out to be relatively good for the used car, my dealer showed me the proof of purchase of the car instead of the service book, a receipt of service at 60,000 km (the total km of the car was 139,000 km with diesel engine) and a KTEO from Italy. And of course there was no Car Manual either. When I told him that what he showed me was not the car service book and I traveled to see the car being sure that the car would have official records of the service provided, the answer was that the above proof is what he meant as a service book. Not to mention, I did not proceed with the purchase. This criticism is made because this particular merchant went to "play" with me on the subject of the service book, as a result of which I wasted time and money.
