Μασούσε τσίχλα Κ μου μιλούσε στον ενικό. Και με έντονο ύφος . The transfer was flawless. The service on the e shop phone was very rude The clerk I spoke to was rude and abusive. He was chewing gum K was talking to me in the singular. And with a strong style.

E	Euripides Petrakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν ζητάτε μονο τις θετικές γνωμές πελατων με θετική εμπειρία , τοτε μπορειτε να μην λαβετε υπόψιν την δική μου γνωμη. Η εμπειρία μου από την ενημέρωση και την ταχύτητα εκτέλεσης της παραγγελείας μου ειναι θετική. Η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε έκανε σωστα την δουλεια της. Από την αλλη ο υπάλληλος στην υποδοχή έδειξε πρωτοφανή έλλειψη πείρας και ερασιτεχνισμό στην διεκπεραίωση της παραγγελίας. Καθώς έχω πληρώσει επιπλεόν 60 ευρω μεταφορικά, ζήτησα απλά την μεταφορά στο ισόγειο (απο τον 1ο όροφο) του παλιου διπλου στρωματος που αντικαθιστώ με το νεό μου setra. Αρνήθηκε, ουτε καν σημείωσε το αίτημά μου, ούτε δεχτηκε να το ζητήσει από την μεταφορική εταιρία στην με πρόσχημα ότι δεν το επιτρέπει το συμβόλαιο της Sato με την μεταφορική. Απορώ γιατι η Sato ένα απλό θεμα το ανήγαγε σε πρόβλημα με το πελάτη. Αν προτιμάτε, απορώ γιατι η Sato εμπιστευεται την σχεση της με τον πελάτη σε υπαλλήλους χωρίς εμπειρία που δεν ξερουν να χειριστουν απλά θεματα που ομως ειναι σημαντικά για τον πελάτη. Ευτυχώς, οι δύο εργαζόμενοι της μεταφορικής δεν το συζήτησαν δευτερη φορα και αμεσως έκαναν την μεταφορά στο ισόγειο χωρις δεύτερη συζήτηση. Τους ευχαριστω ειλικρινα. If you are only looking for positive customer feedback with a positive experience, then you may not consider my opinion. My experience from the information and the speed of execution of my order is positive. The clerk who served me did her job properly. On the other hand, the receptionist showed an unprecedented lack of experience and amateurism in handling the order. As I have paid an additional 60 euros for transportation, I simply requested the transfer to the ground floor (from the 1st floor) of the old double mattress which I replace with my new setra. He refused, did not even note my request, nor did he accept to ask the transport company on the pretext that Sato's contract with the transport company did not allow it. I wonder why Sato reduced a simple issue to a problem with the customer. If you prefer, I wonder why Sato entrusts its customer relationship to inexperienced employees who do not know how to handle simple issues that are important to the customer. Fortunately, the two transport workers did not discuss it a second time and immediately made the transfer to the ground floor without a second discussion. I thank them sincerely.
