Μου δώθηκε επιβεβαίωση της διαχείρισης του αιτήματος μου μέσα σε 24 ώρες και η τελική απάντηση σχεδόν ουτε σε 48. Μόνο μπράβο και ευχαριστώ. Η γραμματεία νόμιζε ότι η γιατρός έχει έρθει κ ότι είχε ασθενή όταν πήγα, μετα από 2 ώρες Καταλαβαν ότι η γιατρός δεν έχει έρθει ποτέ!! Δεν παραδέχτηκαν το λάθος τους μου είπαν θα φωνάξουμε security επειδή ζητούσα τον υπεύθυνο... Το λιγότερο απαράδεκτη και ανίκανοι,νοοτροπία "δημοσίου υπαλλήλου" με μηδέν οργάνωση..! I had a 3 and a half appointment with the dentist, I waited 40 minutes and the doctor had not even come .. !! The secretariat thought that the doctor had come and that he had a patient when I went, after 2 hours they realized that the doctor had never come !! They did not admit their mistake, they told me we would call security because I was asking for the person in charge ... The least unacceptable and incompetent, "civil servant" mentality with zero organization ..!
S	Sophia Theo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν λίγο ήμουν εκεί γιατί είχα ραντεβού με ΩΡΛ. Το ραντεβού ήταν στις 13.30 και έγω ήμουν εκεί 15 λεπτά νωρίτερα. Ο γιατρός είχε ΦΥΓΕΙ ήδη. Έφυγε πριν σχολάσει αφήνοντας τα τελευταία ραντεβού ανεκπλήρωτα. Η γραμματεία μου πρότεινε να περιμένω τον επόμενο ΩΡΛ, στον οποίο έχω πάει άλλη φορά,με ωτίτιδα προχωρημένου σταδίου,σε σημείο να τρέχει υγρό από το αυτι μου σαν βρύση κι εκείνος με έδιωξε λέγοντας ότι δεν έχω τίποτα. Ε ναι όλοι το έχουν αυτό. Με αυτους τους, ας τους πούμε γιατρούς, λειτουργεί ο συγκεκριμένος εοππυ κι ας τους έχουν ξαναγίνει καταγγελίες. I was there a while ago because I had an ENT appointment. The appointment was at 13.30 and I was there 15 minutes earlier. The doctor had already left. He left before school leaving the last appointments unfulfilled. The secretariat suggested that I wait for the next ENT, which I went to another time, with advanced otitis, to the point where fluid was running from my ear like a tap and he kicked me out saying I had nothing. Yes, everyone has that. With them, let's call them doctors, the specific EOPY works, even though they have been complained about again.
