Η δικιά μου εμπειρία: Είμαι νεαρός άνδρας και έχω πολύ μεγάλη φοβία στις βελόνες. Μόλις έφτασα στο εμβολιαστικό κέντρο και έπρεπε να παραδώσω τα στοιχεία μου και να περάσω για τον εμβολιασμό, άρχισε να με πιάνει η φοβία μου, άρχισα να πανικοβάλλομαι και δεν είχα το κουράγιο να προχωρήσω. Οι ευγενέστατες και συμπαθέστατες κοπέλες του προσωπικού αντιλήφθηκαν αμέσως το πρόβλημα μου και ήρθαν κοντά μου, με παρέλαβαν στην αίθουσα και με καθησύχασαν πως όλα θα πάνε καλά. Η κοπέλα που μου έκανε το εμβόλιο ήταν εξαιρετική καθώς ούτε που κατάλαβα την ένεση. Μόλις τελείωσε η διαδικασία με έβαλε να καθίσω και μου έκανε παρέα για μερικά λεπτά μέχρι να σιγουρευτεί ότι είμαι καλά. Η ευγένεια, το ενδιαφέρον και η ανθρωπιά είναι πολύ σημαντικοί παράγοντες στον τομέα των υπηρεσιών υγείας κατά την άποψη μου.
