Unacceptable quality. I am very sorry for them.

First of all, to be honest, I will say that after many of my complaints and phone calls ... I received my money back due to a faulty installation. I will summarize my whole experience in a few bullets: > Delivery in 40 days instead of 20 that were agreed > On the 35th day I was informed about an additional cost of € 90 from nowhere. Apparently the pricing was wrong at first but no one had the courage to say so. They referred to a parameter which we had clarified during the order. > Construction errors in 2 of the 3 furniture. For one of them (the reason we got our money back), an attempt was made to correct it on the spot. In combination with poor installation, we ended up having "cracks" from crooked screws in three places. For the second one, a correction was made on the spot. > Holes that we requested (for cable management) during the order and which as we were informed the workshop would make during the installation, the workshop did not have any information. > For the above it took three appointments instead of one. > As for the appointments .... I had to postpone 4 appointments (4 mornings I made a commitment and I was waiting) for which they did not inform me ... I had to take it and say "where is the workshop?". > I have been a seller for 5 years. They did not have the dignity to make a phone call to inform about their actions and when I will have an answer-solution. > The only thing the saleswoman said was "I will talk to Panagiotis and I will take you", "I will talk to Panagiotis and we can come tomorrow".

Generally customer service reminiscent of other times. Incomplete communication and information. Overpriced products.

Great variety in all species. Pleasant atmosphere and service based on my needs and space.

Very good service and immediacy, they know their part well and guide the customer for the best choice in relation to the needs! Excellent quality in everything I bought and very good fabrics in the furniture! Well done!

I was very happy with the composition of my office, which was suggested to me by an employee of the store! The wood is real and the legs are very beautiful. The experience of the employees and their patience until they understand what I want (I am not an easy person) left me speechless ☺️ The mission was done within the agreed days and hours. I highly recommend ?

Relatively good quality furniture, unfortunately there is no organization in the company, they never keep their time, they will never bring the furniture on the day they promise and based on my experience it is purely a matter of luck to get the color of furniture you choose. The rating is 2 and not 1 due to the fact that after 4 months I managed to pick up my furniture. It is a small company with insufficient organization, production and distribution that in combination with the non-observance of the times (without any information about what they never expect to deliver) make any purchase a cause of irritation and lead to a waste of time and money. Not recommended!

Excellent store with wonderful furniture, with special aesthetics and taste. Excellent service first in the store, where we got exactly the information we wanted with courtesy and a smile. Excellent service and then when I asked for some extras in the order. Finally, we received the sofa without any problems, in the colors and fabrics we had agreed and even earlier than the agreed date. Here I must also emphasize that the children who placed him managed to raise a large corner sofa on the fourth floor from a narrow staircase without any damage to the furniture or the walls. I'm really surprised by other reviews I have read about problems and delays, I personally highly recommend it.
