★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road to the local tavern might be a bit tricky but the food and the view will certainly reward you! If you want something tasty and you staying near Monemvasia it’s definitely worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like adventures go there. Road up is full of turns. But the main reason why you should go there is this taverna. We spent there nice time with beautiful view. We had variety of homemade cheese pies, lamb and many more and all were absolutely delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I read someones comment to eat there and experience the view before a sunset. Well I missed the sunset but the view was brilliant. The food was one of the best I had in Greece so far. Very reasonable prices as it is in the other parts of the country. A burger plate, 3 mezes and a quarter wine for only 22 euros for two people. The owner was very kind and although he had all the places reserved, he still arranged an edge table for us.
