K	KR LEONARDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ τι να πρωτο πω 7/11/2021 εγινε η παραγγελια 2 κρεβατιων και κομοδινου. το λαμε 3 βδομαδες αργοτερα καθως ηταν κρεβατια ειδικης παραγγείας. τα λαβαμε πληρωθηκαν και ειδαμε την ιδια μερα οτι το ενα κρεβατι κατα την μεταφορα ηταν σκισμενο σε ενα σημειο και ενημερωθηκαν την ιδια μερα να το παραλαβουν. το παρελαβαν την επομενη εργασιμη μερα και απο τοτε μεχρι σημερα περιμενω ακομη να το παραλαβω. απο τοτε μεχρι τωρα εχουν περασει 2,5 βδομαδες. και οταν καλουσα μου λεγανε την ιδια δικαιολογια οτι δεν ξερουν γιατι δεν το εχουμε λαβει και οτι θα επικοινωνησουν μαζι μου. πραγμα που δεν εγινε ποτε.. Ντροπη τους και [περιμενω ακομη το κρεβατι!!!!! what to say first 7/11/2021 the order for 2 beds and bedside table was placed. lame 3 weeks later as they were specially made beds. we received them paid and we saw the same day that one bed during the transport was torn at one point and they were informed the same day to receive it. they received it the next working day and from then until today I am still waiting to receive it. 2.5 weeks have passed since then. and when I called they told me the same excuse that they do not know why we have not received it and that they will contact me. something that never happened .. Shame on them and [I'm still waiting for the bed !!!!!

Είδαμε ένα τραπεζακι με διπλό διαφανο γυαλί σε εκρου χρώμα στο κατάστημα της Νέας Ιωνίας το οποίο Ρωτήσαμε αν υπάρχει το ίδιο ακριβώς σε μαύρο και μας απάντησαν Ναι ,αλλά όχι εκεί και πως θα πρέπει να το παραλάβουμε από την αποθήκη. Το παραλάβαμε λοιπόν σημερα και ήταν διαφορετικό. Το χρώμα ήταν σκούρο καφέ και το κάτω τζαμί ήταν σαγρε( μικρές διαφορές που όμως όταν φτιάχνεις ένα νέο σπίτι μετρανε.) Πήραμε τηλέφωνο να πούμε ότι έγινε λάθος και μας είπαν ότι το μαύρο το είχαν στο μαγαζί τελικα και θα μας επερναν σε λιγάκι να το φτιάξουμε, αφου τους πιεσαμε ότι θέλαμε το μαύρο τραπεζακι. Φυσικά δεν μας πήραν πότε. Με λιγα λόγια εν γνώση τους μας πούλησαν άλλο τραπεζακι . Απλά απάτη. Κριμα το όνομα. Not at all professionals! We saw a table with double transparent glass in off-white color in the store of Nea Ionia which we asked if it is exactly the same in black and they answered Yes, but not there and how we should pick it up from the warehouse. So we received it today and it was different. The color was dark brown and the lower glass was textured (small differences but when you build a new house it counted.) and they would take us a while to fix it, after we pressed them that we wanted the black table. Of course they never took us. In short, with their knowledge, they sold us another table. Just a scam. Too bad the name.

Στο τηλεφωνο εξυπηρέτησης μου λενε οτι να ναι και ακομα περιμενω να γυρισει απο την αδεια του (που λογικα θα βρίσκεται) ο υπευθυνος για να με ενημερωσει! μακρια..πρωτη και τελευταία φορα που πηρα κατι απο εκει και εννοείται οτι δεν το συνιστω σε κανεναν να μπλεξει με τετοιους ερασιτεχνες και παπατζηδες. The worst thing that has ever happened to me ... for the past 3 months I have been waiting for a change in the base of a dining room that I have been mistaken for 2 times. On the service phone they tell me that yes and I am still waiting for the person in charge to return from his license (which will logically be located) to inform me! far..the first and last time I got something from there and of course I do not recommend it to anyone to get involved with such amateurs and pimps.

S	Salvador De Verdad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One week late delivery. Rude service. Didnt call to arrange delivery. When bed finally arrived, it fell apart and was broken, after only 2 days. The screws used were bit correct and have permanent damaged the frame. I will be getting a refund. Thanks for nothing Thniakos.
